"I often book rooms on Ctrip. This is my first review. I can't stand it. Environment: I suggest that the environmental protection department inspect this hotel. The formaldehyde smell in the room is too strong. I paid extra money to stay in a parent-child room for my children, but the room decoration still smells strong. The room is cold. When I turn on the air conditioner, there is a burning smell. When I turn off the air conditioner, it's cold. I dare not take a shower. I checked in at 3 am and checked out at 8 am. I can't stand it. My family has a headache. I want to complain. Are they in a hurry to open the hotel without inspection? This Hilton hotel is not worthy of my trust."

"A very satisfying experience. A family of three traveled. The child was in junior high school. We bought a three-person package for 2,000 yuan, which included three Yunhai Hot Spring tickets (unlimited entry), three Fantasy Valley tickets (unlimited entry), three buffet breakfasts, and three interstellar tickets (there seemed to be a children's buffet dinner, which was wasted). I arrived at the hotel at noon on the first day. After swiping my ID card at the front desk, I could go directly to Fantasy Valley to play. After recording my face, I could enter Fantasy Valley and Hot Springs unlimited times for two days. It was very convenient to scan my face. The quick pass of Fantasy Valley is 180 per person, including 8 projects. We didn't buy it. The difficult projects can basically be swiped into the park half an hour in advance the next morning through the fast entry channel. There are self-service drinks and ice cream in the hot spring. You can go in and drink them if you are thirsty. You have to pay for food (the sign is not obvious, and we didn't find it until the next day). The hotel is very new, the rooms and facilities are good, and the breakfast is average. Overall, it is a very low-cost happiness during the Chinese New Year."

I originally ordered a double bed but later I asked for a double bed and it was upgraded. The lady at the front desk was also very polite and professional. I want to come back and stay again when I return to Xiangyang next time"

The hotel facilities are top-notch, featuring a crystal-clear indoor heated swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. The rooms offer expansive views, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing stunning city vistas. The soundproofing is excellent, completely eliminating external disturbances. The front desk staff, Xiao Zhang and Xiao Fan, were very helpful; knowing my sensitivity to cigarette smoke, they specially enhanced the deodorizing process for me. The breakfast selection was extensive, with authentic Chinese and Western dishes. Overall, it was a truly perfect and high-quality accommodation experience!"

"This was my second stay here, and it was great! My kids usually don't like staying at the same hotel twice, but after leaving, they said they want to come back again, so it's definitely a favorite. Even though it's not in the city center, it's very close to the airport, Xiangyang East Station, and Overseas Chinese Town. There's also a big shopping mall nearby, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. The room decor is very cozy, and the layout is well-designed. Compared to some older five-star hotels with dim lighting that's hard to adjust, this place is perfect for families with kids, as all the lighting modes can be adjusted with a single touch. The hygiene is what stands out the most. As someone with a bit of OCD, I'm always very satisfied each time I visit; even in inconspicuous corners, there's hardly any visible dust. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the coffee beans at the breakfast restaurant could be better. As someone who can't live without caffeine, I'm usually not picky about coffee, but this coffee was a little hard to drink, haha."
