Shenxianju Narada Resort & Spa

The description on Trip.com is misleading; the hotel is not actually inside the scenic area but rather just outside the North Gate, separated by a wall. The sightseeing route up Shenxianju Mountain is a loop, making it more suitable to ascend and descend from the same point. Coming up and down from the South Gate is clearly a better option, which makes the hotel's location outside the North Gate less ideal. The room facilities are quite old, but the service is decent, and breakfast is acceptable. There aren't many entertainment facilities at the hotel. Overall, the value for money isn't great.

The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance to the North Gate. Within a 10-minute drive, you can find dining options and gas stations. The overall environment is excellent; you can enjoy the surrounding mountains right from the hotel. The front desk staff were warm and professional. The only downside is that the sliding shower door splashes water into the toilet area. This seems to be a design flaw.

This Narada Resort & Spa is ideally located right next to the North Gate of Shenxianju, offering five-star service and facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, with stunning mountain views right outside the window. Everything in the room is well-appointed, clean, and truly lives up to a five-star standard. I especially want to commend the front desk staff – they were so kind, friendly, and went out of their way to patiently explain sightseeing routes to us elderly visitors. A big thumbs up to them! We truly felt our trip to Shenxianju and our stay at Narada were well worth it. [Strong][Strong][Strong]

Waking up and pulling back the curtains, wow! The massive, cloud-shrouded peaks towering before me were breathtaking. The last photo is of the Big Dipper taken from the hotel lawn at night – absolutely beautiful. The hotel breakfast was quite generous and not bad. Haha! When you're traveling, you can't expect too much; as long as you're not starving, it's good enough. The beautiful scenery is what matters most!

The location is fantastic, right next to the North Gate of Shenxianju. The courtyard itself is beautiful, and you can continue to admire the various unique peaks of the Shenxianju scenic area from within the property. The facilities are a bit dated, but the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded me to a king-size room near my elderly companion, which was convenient for looking after them. For that alone, it deserves a good review! It was very quiet for sleeping, and breakfast was plentiful. The only minor drawback is that dining is limited to the hotel's restaurant; otherwise, you'd have to drive quite a distance. However, the food at the restaurant is delicious.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the North Gate of Shenxianju. The air quality in the surrounding area is fresh, with high levels of negative ions – truly a natural oxygen bar. The front desk staff were very thoughtful; they not only processed our check-in but also booked our Shenxianju tour for the next day. It's incredibly convenient for visiting Shenxianju. There are shuttle buses at the North Gate that take you to the South Gate. You can enter through the South Gate, explore the main attractions along the way, and then exit via the North Gate, making it easy to get back to the hotel and save energy.

This is a standard hotel experience. The location is great; we even had time to visit Shenxianju after checking in at 1 PM. Breakfast is more Chinese-style, with fruit and yogurt, but no black tea or coffee. Unfortunately, the hotel's EV charging system had issues, so my car didn't charge.

The hotel is conveniently located near attractions, making sightseeing easy. The overall service was great, and the price we paid in late March was quite reasonable, probably because it was the off-season. Breakfast was a bit simple, but still good, good, good, good. Definitely recommended!

The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The hotel is right next to the North Gate of the scenic area, with a lovely environment. It was great to sit on the balcony, have some tea, chat, and enjoy the view. The front desk service was excellent.
