前台一個瘦瘦的中年女士服務員態度及其惡劣，提前都説了續住，可能因為下午3左右才下樓續費，居然説了一堆難聽的話，還翻白眼！晚上回來取卡更是拉個驢臉，一直登着眼睛，請問你是眼睛有問題，還是欠你錢了。這樣的服務態度咋能坐到一個酒店前台。 7.23中午，下午一樓大廳建議老闆看看監控你們的服務態度。
