隔音很差，附近的狗叫聲就像在耳邊一樣。房間挨着消防通道，酒店在舉行活動，很多年輕人在消防通道吵鬧，完全沒辦法午休。樓下停車場每次進出車輛就會發出很大聲音，在晚上非常刺耳。
房間熱水忽冷忽熱，温差很大，一會挨燙一會冷得要死。

首先對工作人員，前台小姐姐表示肯定，但酒店雖然打着攜程親子酒店旗號，房間裏小朋友用的牙具，沐浴露，洗髮露都是要單獨收費的（我在其他城市住的相同主題房都是免費提供的），房間裏還有小黃鴨主題帆布包38元一個。房間的洗澡水明明調好了，但是一會冷一會熱，對於剛好在生病的我來説體驗相當不好。房間的窗户本來就不大，還完全被廣告牌擋住了，同時房間面對公路，半夜三四點都還有人在下面鬧，總之體驗一般

一路自駕去雲南，一直住的親子房，路過西昌，住的這家酒店的親子房真是驚艷到了，品質很好，早飯也很棒！唯一不好的就是親子房有個榻榻米，我們家小朋友1歲多，榻榻米下的時候給摔了一跤！還有廁所地板，有水了特別滑！其它都挺好的，也很方便！
