Originally, I was going to give full marks, but I encountered a particularly angry thing, so I can only give the lowest score. I am a regular visitor to this hotel, once or twice a year. When I went this time, it was hot summer, and there were many people in the hotel's swimming pool. According to observations, most of them are related to local households or well-connected locals to go for entertainment. I finally waited until the night when there were fewer people to go swimming, and there was a local swimming in it. Halfway through I swam, the locals who were swimming got out of the water and left. The pool staff didn't even say hello, they just turned off the lights and left. Is this hotel serving related households or customers staying in the hotel? I'm still a customer who booked a villa room, but I'm still being treated like this! ! ! So an absolute bad review! ! ! The service is terrible! ! Very disappointed! !

非常漂亮的一家酒店，真的推薦到西盟的朋友一定要去住上一晚，空氣清新、負氧離子含量高，位置好，管家麥子非常貼心，人美心善，在西盟住了幾晚，這家酒店的服務員是最有服務意識的，房間裏面的每一樣物品看得出來都是精心挑選的，很有品味，總之非常好的一次入住體驗！

帶父母來旅遊，酒店免費給升級了別墅，酒店在龍潭景區裏，環境和景色特別美，還有很多手工體驗活動，尤其是標本製作特別贊👍，還要特別感謝管家麥子，服務周到又熱情，去景點遊玩都親自陪同，推薦可以帶小朋友來玩。

房間無論是設施還是風景都是超級尋常的好！距離龍魔爺很近。乾淨，空氣清新！具有極豐富的佤族元素！管家叫麥子、像個家人一樣，24小時服務，有問題立刻解決！還看到了兩次美麗日出！

應該是這個偏遠小鎮上最好的酒店了吧，房間很大。酒店就在景區旁邊，可以從酒店直接走進去，放鬆遊玩路過推薦住一晚，然後去景區（忘了叫啥，好像是孟梭龍潭）繞湖走一圈，一個半小時，悠閑自在。酒店出門就有夜市，春節去的還在旁邊的劇院碰巧有篝火晚會，感受少數民族的載歌載舞。

春節盲選了這裏，從昆明到了普洱，又從普洱驅車三個小時候到了這裏，但是到達後的美景一掃旅途的疲憊，竟有這樣的世外桃源，太適合度假了，帶我們做咖啡的小哥哥，雨林徒步的小哥哥，管家麥子小姐姐，都非常熱情，住了兩晚，不虛此行

入住了雨林小屋，全新的，合金材料的屋子，不怕潮濕和小蟲子，環境很安靜，環境優美，任何一張都是風景畫，酒店的早餐很豐富，這個套餐包含了晚餐，徒步龍潭，烘焙咖啡體驗，扎染工藝，香水製作，標本製作。這次的套餐真是五分體驗啦
