衞生條件差，早餐很敷衍。
吃完早飯由於下雨，回房間有一段路要淋雨，於是找前台借把傘，告知50元。呵呵，優秀！

被動服務，客房時間要等很久，早餐不好，到處都在施工，東西忘記了也不會通知，酒店風景不錯，整體環境一般，感覺不值得這個價格，有點失望。

衞生差，設施陳舊，環境臟亂，管理一塌糊塗，大清早還沒睡醒就被裝修的炸醒。酒店還沒有任何處理！早餐八點多下去吃，已經一片狼藉，總體感覺來説差評！

自然環境不錯，在景區外1公里左右，大部分房間能看到喀斯特地貌。
酒店設施在縣級市裡還可以，但是熱水欠佳，無法正常洗漱。第二天晚上在再三要求下才安排換房間。
客房服務積極，大堂服務滯後，抵達離店皆無人幫忙接行李，但酒店樓梯特別多。
早餐很簡陋，不挑剔的能吃飽。

住酒店最糟糕的一次體驗。我們定的觀景雙床房，沒熱水，説是鍋爐壞了在維修，我們等到快凌晨一點還沒有修好，要求換房，結果自己拎行李爬樓梯（沒電梯）到房間發現是麻將房！感覺酒店處理問題態度太敷衍，提出質疑後，酒店重新安排到親子房。可是我們洗漱到一半房間沒電了！插房卡取電的卡槽連着房卡直接一起突然掉地上了！電話過去就説會讓維修部檢查，但並沒有人來房間看！由於已經快兩點，我跟兩個孩子都困的不行就直接擠在一張床睡雖然有兩張床，因為沒電開不了空調非常冷。第二天早上我已經把卡槽安裝上去有電了，趕緊開空調，剛剛一打開空調又沒電了！我們又在很冷的狀態下快速洗漱趕緊走出房間出去遊玩了。這期間酒店沒有人給出解釋！前台就像個機器人衹會重複説很抱歉我們會讓工程部檢查！這就是我們糟心的體驗感！！
