前一天住的崑崙店的希爾頓，這個離辦事的地方距離比較近就選擇這個，停車場和商場的在一起，不是很好找。
衞生：挺乾淨整潔的，就是角落沒人動的地方灰有點多……
設施：沒想到新開的被單也能破
服務：前台小姐姐態度超級好～要了蕎麥枕頭也很快就送來啦
早餐種類不是很多但是都不錯～服務人員態度都超級好的～

房間乾淨衞生，外面就是商場，也有挺多吃的，玩的很開心，附近還有迪卡儂可以逛，在西寧玩可以住這個 價格也很合適

之前在西寧也住過幾次香格里拉希爾頓歡朋酒店，昨天的體驗真的讓我蠻失望的，第一次住酒店的時候遇見這種情況：剛進衞生間發現，馬桶的外側有這些。。（我實在難以啟齒看圖吧）不知道是怎麼打掃的，檢查的人又是怎麼檢查的，叫了人來看聯繫主管又聯繫前台，最後跟我們説給我們換一間，但剛進衞生間看到的那一幕真的給我留下了心理陰影。。
到了換的那一間房以後，空調打開制熱吹的竟然是冷風，温度一直在18 19 20度 這麼冷的天出來住酒店挨凍也是挺新奇的體驗了
想洗個熱水澡又發現浴巾上有污漬。。。
不想講其他的了，這是我最最最糟糕的一次住酒店體驗🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

房間一晚上15℃很穩定，空調不僅不制熱，還噪音大，我想應該是後台把空調調到衹有通風功能，是你是你就是你，讓我熬成了熊貓眼，兔之眼，讓我體會了失眠帶來的好處，讓我的白髮與鼻涕同長，歡朋不再是歡朋，你變壞了

非常差的體驗，服務基本為負值，停車場混亂沒人引導，可以浪費客人很長時間找車位，前台無管理質量！不懂希爾頓能有這樣的水平的酒店服務系統！

衹要求稍微安靜點的房間，換的房一次比一次差，原房間中葯味道都沒處理下就繼續用，開窗就是油煙機，味道更大，最後給換成了洗衣房隔壁房間，還是窗外油煙機的，是住過最差的希爾頓了，提前退了
