The room was ok, booked 2 standard rooms and 1 3-person room, the price was not too expensive during this summer vacation. The sanitary conditions are not bad, the transportation is convenient, and there are many places to eat around. Parking is to turn to the hotel parking lot after entering the community. What I want to thank is that my daughter left a bag in the restaurant after breakfast. After contacting the hotel front desk, I don’t know who the hotel front desk answered the phone. I was very enthusiastic to help and help SF Express mailed it. I arrived at my next stop the next day. Hotel, thank you

I chose this hotel because it is close to the Ta'er Temple. The hotel room is clean and tidy, I like the paintings on the bedside and desk, the room is equipped with oxygen, and it is very friendly to friends with high anti-reverse. The hotel's breakfast is also good. The only thing to complain about is that the hotel is high in terrain, and the scale can take the elevator from the underground garage. We took a taxi, the driver master put us on the side of the road, the garage door was closed again, we dragged the suitcase, saw the high stairs, and we were circled. Later, I called the front desk and arranged for the security guard to pick us up from the underground garage and take the elevator up, reminding the partners behind to pay attention to this problem.

I recently stayed at Xining Hot Spring Holiday Hotel and I was very satisfied with my stay. I especially want to write a good review for this hotel. First of all, the hotel's front desk staff was very considerate and gave me a free room upgrade and breakfast. Throughout our stay, the staff maintained a smiling and friendly attitude, always attentive to every guest's needs, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are very complete. The bed in the room was comfortable and soft, giving me a good night's sleep. The shower in the bathroom has strong water flow, making bathing more comfortable. The hotel also provides high-speed and stable wireless network, allowing me to stay in touch with friends and family anytime and anywhere. The hotel's food and beverages are of excellent quality. Breakfast provides a variety of choices, whether it is Chinese or Western dishes, to meet the taste needs of different guests. All in all, it is a hotel worth recommending.

Very satisfied in all aspects
First of all: the hygiene is very clean, and the fragrance in the hall and corridor is very comfortable.
Second: The staff’s service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic.
Third: Breakfast is rich, nutritious, and complete in variety
Fourth: There is free parking at the door
Fifth: Free room upgrades. The pillows and mattresses in the zero-pressure room are particularly comfortable.
Sixth: There is also a free self-service laundry room
All in all, I am very satisfied. Compared with other hotels in the surrounding area, it is very cost-effective and very suitable for our long-term business trip!

Hotel location is very convenient. Surrounded by business districts, eating, shopping, specialty purchases are available, two or three minutes walk. Close to the expressway, 25 minutes to the Ta'er Temple, 30 minutes from the airport, 17 minutes from the train station. Breakfast is also very rich, Western European decoration style.

1. The location of the hotel is good. It is more convenient for us to go to Ta'er Temple and Lianhu Park before the hotel.

環境特別好，比較夢幻，孩子特別喜歡。早餐也非常豐富。提一下建議，在我們因孩子小傷口有些感染撥打總枱電話詢問是否有碘伏時，前台人員衹是告訴我們沒有，附近沒有葯店，衹有一個小診所還估計關門了。由於是晚上，酒店位置比較偏，外賣也送不了。其實挺無助的。雖然幫不上忙，但是顧客需要葯品，酒店客服是否能詢問一下發生了什麼事情，需不需要幫助，這應該是人性化服務的標準。這點體會不好，小小的遺憾。

XXiaowanhahahaA very satisfying hotel to stay in Xining. The executive floor was upgraded in the off-season. The view is very good, overlooking the city night view, and it feels like the world is at your feet. The room ventilation system is very good, and it is not as hot as other hotels that make you unable to sleep. The breakfast variety is also very complete, and the restaurant environment is also very nice.
However, as a five-star hotel, I personally feel that some services and details need to be improved, such as the lack of daily necessities such as toothbrushes, the humidifier is not filled with water, the bathtub drain hole cannot be blocked, and there are some hairs in the bathtub... These are very small details, but these may discount the overall impression.
Of course, the overall is still very good!

AAnja Sch.Decent hotel in walking distance to Xining train station, shops and restaurants around. I had a quiet room facing the sports field of a school. Staff does not speak English, but is very helpful. Rooms are nicely renovated. Breakfast is rather Chinese, no bread, cereals or coffee.

Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view.
The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits.
We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.

AAuntyMayGreat location for a modern hotel with nice healthy food buffet breakfast and good espresso machine COFFEE. Location close to Xining Railway station and 3 km walking distance to the Muslim old quarters where variety fruits, potato snacks, breads, and hand pulled noodles to try. The staff not conversant in English but with google translate on my phone, had no issue conveying my written message. Luv the flexibility of early check in and later check outs that made our stay memorable and highly recommended to tourist to explore Xining and catch the later evening train. Our room tv movie box was not working, no international English channels and strong wind cause ceiling boards to rattle for a while. This small issues to us as we are seldom in the room but outside exploring. Special thanks to staff Ms. Yun Yan for the farewell milk candies gift and delightful fruits basket during our stay. Highly recommended to all to stay here to catch the Xining trains or central Bus stations nearby.

Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance.
However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated.
Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea.
Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

SSusan LouiseWe are travelling through Gansu & Sichuan and I booked the Mercure as a couple of nights for my husbands birthday. The first room we got was OK, a little shabby and not the cleanest but a nice bed and sofa and the aircon seemed good. My husband took a shower for all of 30 seconds and the bathroom, corridor and toilet completely flooded. So we moved rooms.
The next room didn't flood but the aircon was pretty feeble and the toilet cubicle smelled. We didn't complain, having already moved once. This room was an over all improvement.
The breakfast was pretty miserable, no coffee and mostly Chinese dishes. I had expected more from a western brand but nevermind, we ordered coffee and food to the room.
Plus points -
The staff are very nice and friendly, they accommodated us on the new room and gave us some treats as an apology.
The bus to Kumbum Monastery is directly across from the hotel and you can arrive there in 45 mins, public bus number 909, 4¥. Starts at 6:30am.
The breakfast is OK.
There is a free laundry room, we did lots of laundry and it dried over night.
We stayed in a non smoking room and it really was non smoking which is rare for China. It smelt fresh and the bedding and towels did not smell of smoke. There were however people smoking everywhere else in the hotel which seems quite common expecially in this province.
Overall, I would stay here again but I think the price is a little high for the offering in comparison to some Chinese brands in the city.

First, Ctrip shows that the hotel has facilities and services but cannot provide them. For example, Sanwang does not have WiFi and laundry; second, Ctrip does not show many results when I search for hotels; third, hotel prices change every minute. , jointly raise prices, and fourthly, the service staff did not tell the truth and told lies with their eyes open.
