This 1 point was given to the guest room foreman with such a poor quality control quality as never seen before. The room I watched and the room I lived in were all dusty and the shower glass watermarks on the bathroom were completely unclean. The smell of smoke in the room was so big that I could feel it as a smoker. Why didn't the room foreman feel it during the rounds?
