導航位置精準，環境優雅 房間乾淨 設施齊全 服務周到。店長特別友善敬業 停車對於小白非常不方便 所以店長請了挪車師傅耐心幫忙解決停車問題！早餐特別豐盛尤其是每種菜品都很好吃 各位前台人員也幫忙早餐的各種服務 我居然看到店長在早餐時為顧客做煎餅！真的是啥啥都會👍 下次還會再來五台山 就住這裏了 另外感謝前天推薦附近的有福老火鍋 步行約兩分鐘。強烈推薦去去嚐嚐 連我這個不喜歡吃火鍋的都覺得非常有味道 我們吃了鴛鴦鍋底 必點牛蛙 大刀腰片 黑豆麪筋 蝦滑 下次可能為了這個火鍋再去一次五台山！

房間很乾凈，前台服務也非常好👌，我們晚上9.30到的酒店，外面基本已經沒啥吃的了，到酒店還有酸湯手工麪，要的麪直接會送到房間裏面，非常nice，很適合小朋友吃，早上的自助餐也非常好吃，乾淨，大朋友和小朋友們非常的開心😃非常滿意的一次入住體驗！

早餐時間7點到十點！ 早上9:15 去 東西已經沒什麼了 ～～ 我問還補吧？ 工作人員説不補了十點就到點， 可是還有將近一小時啊～～ 牛奶一直都沒有～～ 到最後也沒上～ 雜糧、包子 水果 銀耳羹 雞蛋都沒有了。後面雞蛋也沒給煮，最後上了幾個煎蛋～ 頭一次遇到。真的差勁 吃早飯的早點去 八點就到吧～～ 最基本雞蛋牛奶都沒有備着！

入住方便快捷，環境整潔舒適，除此之外的服務配套還有很多驚喜：
床品：床單被套材料很親膚，另配有貼頸的乳膠枕，睡眠環境非常好。
衞浴：花灑噴頭水壓合適、出熱水很快，鏡子、水龍頭杯子無任何水漬，配地巾、浴巾材質都很不錯。
餐飲：早餐小而全，精而美，從水果到甜點小食、粥湯類主食一應俱全，搭配的營養豐富合理。
電視：掃碼可以手機選擇各類服務，可以看到酒店有備許多生活用品供客人應急，手機選擇後機器人會送上門；電視夠大 頻道也很多，投屏非常快捷方便。
客觀講不足也是有的：隔音不是特別好，房間空間略微侷促，但是瑕不掩瑜。
