7月15日那天到晚上到許昌東站，意外遇到了暴雨滯留了，有緣選擇了頌錦酒店，可能是近期開業的環境還不錯，房間智能設施配置到位，工作人員態度好，自己作為一個酒店人無可挑剔，歡迎水果沒有贈送，早餐味道一般，但是離店時候酒店贈送的漆畫不錯，還有送站服務不得不説很暖心，下次有需要，我還會選擇頌錦，贏在了服務上，加油，希望下次入住還有驚喜

酒店位置特別好，去胖東來天使城非常方便，周邊環境好，去熱門商圈都非常便捷。房間乾淨整潔，對面是個大公園視野還不錯。酒店工作人員主動問好，服務到位！離店時酒店前台還給我們提供了水果和礦泉水，大部分前台的服務還是非常細緻周到的。 美中不足的是：1.酒店客人素質低，希望酒店對安全隱患問題加強巡視管理。第一天在樓層電梯口看到有客人遺棄的煙頭，並聞到濃濃的煙味，對酒店和其他客人安全造成安全隱患。一層大堂休息區經常有人用極大的聲貝叫嚷、開會，希望酒店設立提示牌避免給他人帶來困擾。 2.希望酒店對隔音問題有所改進，加強巡邏。客人經常在走廊、電梯等公共場所大聲喧嘩。房間隔音較差，晚上經常聽到有人在走廊喧嘩，某天晚上1點半（可能樓上房間）不停在房間跺腳，因不能確定是哪個房間，沒辦法向前台反饋情況，衹能忍到其停止噪音才能入睡。 3.客房沒有清潔燈，保潔不能及時打掃房間。因我們平時掛了勿擾牌，翻面換成清潔時客房阿姨不能及時看到，導致我們離店2、3小時後回來房間仍未打掃。之後得知如急需打掃房間要給前台打電話協調。在我們離店前一天才得知酒店為客人提供免費冰淇淋和咖啡。希望客人辦理入住時，前台簡單向客人介紹下酒店環境及服務流程，顧客的體驗會更加便捷順暢舒適！
