衞生環境好差，和沒打掃過一樣，到處是污垢，灰塵，頭髮，馬桶臟得讓人不敢上，床單好像沒換一樣#衞生

衞生：房間死角居然有煙蒂。之前的旅客素質也太差了吧。當天臨晨入住的因為太晚也沒叫店員打掃。
服務：服務還行，支持延期退房。

春節出行，過海輪渡晚點，到酒店都快晚上11點了。前台服務人員很熱情，酒店靠近路邊，晚上有點吵，但比較而言，性價比還是不錯的

這是家新酒店設施都挺新，房間挺大，衞生間很大，但是服務就不行，我當時訂房間是有窗户的標準間，大家應該都知道房間如果沒有窗户都會提前標註，我很在意房間有沒有窗户，也都是提前看好才預訂的，我們到徐聞後直接到店裡，放下行李就去吃飯，回到房間覺得房間味道很沖（酒店噴了很多空氣清新劑），就想開窗户可是一看窗户直接被磚頭堵了，我下樓問客服，客服説房間就是這樣的，我來的晚了沒有帶窗户的了，就給我留了這間，我説我在同程訂的是有窗户的，麻煩給我調一下，她説沒房間了，我説我嗓子不太好特別訂的有窗户的，這時有一個男的過來了，説沒有了調不成，我説那咋辦他説沒辦法，我把酒店詳情裏的照片讓他看，我訂的是帶窗户的可是住的時候就沒有，這怎麼解決，他因為當天房間挺搶手他就説讓我退房，那時候已經十點多我們風塵僕僕長途趕來人生地不熟的又這麼晚到哪兒找房，他説那沒辦法要麼住要麼退房，我説要不然你補償50塊錢我湊合住下，他給老闆打電話説不行最多20塊錢，我愛人説算了算了下次再不住他家了，其實客服態度挺好但是那個男的態度惡劣，有再預訂的朋友一定提前問清楚，避免再發生類似情況
