很好的一次體驗，酒店是今年新開張的充滿禪意的酒店，設施完備，尤其是服務很到位，程金和國慶管家更是貼心，有賓至如歸的感覺，點贊！！酒店的餐食更是值得推薦，每到菜都很精緻，體現酒店的用心。最後不得不提酒店恆壹旅拍孫老師，專業耐心還很親和，每張照片都很棒！推薦推薦！

第一次來徐州，本身比較喜靜，就選擇了這家山腰上的酒店，從入住迎接到離店送別，服務可以説是細緻入微！每位工作人員都超級熱情，尤其是管家浩罡和程金以及文娜👍整體徐州之行相當圓滿，以後還會再來😊

設計和雲龍山很應景，酒店內製景精緻很出片，設施和一次性用品都很有品質，有房間管家會提前確認入住時間和隨時解答需求。公共區設計和綠化軟裝很用心，餐食，身心療愈課程都是比較有差異性，比較注重品質和體驗。
酒店比較新，住客的指引動線需要有個更好的方案。療愈課程，需要區分一下禪修和流動客人區域也很重要。

入住體驗非常好，環境優美舒適很有意境，早餐午餐都很美味，房間裏還配備了戴森吹風機，酒店工作人員也很熱情，尤其寶林和程金兩位，為我們一家人提供了優質的服務。酒店還為每個房間贈送了五張精修的旅拍照片，感謝恆壹旅拍的孫老師，給我們一家人拍出了滿意的照片！

據説五一假期有一億人在徐州，但和家人云東境度過一個清靜的假期。酒店活動很豐富，宋代點茶，漢畫拓印，音缽療愈，正念登山，大人和孩子各得其樂。酒店員工服務都很熱情，在高端酒店硬件越來越趨同的時候，文化禪修給的附加體驗會給旅途增添特殊的回憶。

酒店的地理位置特別棒，對面就是雲龍山，距離徐州博物館、雲龍湖都很近。
酒店整體環境超好，隨手一拍都很出片。早餐好看又好吃。
酒店對小朋友很友好。小朋友的用品一應俱全。早上的尋寶遊戲深受小朋友喜歡。
管家服務很貼心，管家曦楚在入住前提前溝通到店時間及介紹酒店活動內容。前台程金小姐姐耐心解決入住期間的各種小問題。禮賓有個娃娃臉的小姐姐，説話聲音柔柔的，但是每次見到都會熱情地詢問是否需要幫忙。
酒店的活動內容豐富，參加了正念行走和解壓冥想，老師温和又專業。小朋友製作了香囊，指導老師也特別有耐心，教小朋友使用針線製作香囊。
總之超棒的入住體驗。

網紅打卡點，主打療愈禪修；如果不是節假日體驗感應該會更好吧；酒店的地理環境太優越了；徐州景點一網打盡；酒店的服務也是非常認可，前台還是酒店餐廳的服務員都很nice；設施也很高檔舒適；吃好玩好，在徐州最舒服的一晚

吸引我們來徐州的，主要是這家酒店，有種一眼萬年的感覺！很多本地客户也來此打卡下午茶。
酒店設計簡直太美了，有一種出塵的禪意，濃濃的中式山水畫意境。
酒店的設施也十分的先進，衞浴用品、潔具都是國外精品大牌。
酒店的服務更是賓至如歸，所有的服務人員都十分的熱情、親切、有禮貌，特別是大堂接待我們的管家程金、國慶，還有前台的另外幾位接待人員都特別nice, 有求必應，想住客之所想，急住客之所急，讓我們感到十分暖心。
另外，提一點建議: 在大堂吧給住客預留幾個席位，住客可以優先預訂，免得與外來的下午茶客户搶位子。
