The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – Huilongwo, Hubu Alley, and Fuguo Street are all nearby, and Xuzhou Museum isn't far either. Plus, the subway is right downstairs. It's good value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Xuzhou."

They even thoughtfully provided earplugs, which shows great attention to detail."

As it's a new hotel, the cleanliness is impeccable; the room was spotless, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the bedding was soft, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with the check-in process, without any aggressive upselling. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food in the evening. Overall, it's quiet and not noisy, suitable for both tourists and short-term stays. Highly recommended!"

"The experience at Xuzhou Bairui Hotel was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the smart home control system was incredibly convenient. The giant projector screen made watching movies so immersive. The location is superb, just a five-minute walk from Wanda Plaza, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. The staff were warm, attentive, and responded quickly, showing great care in every detail. It's excellent value for money; I was so pleasantly surprised to find such a well-equipped and elegant hotel at this price. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xuzhou! "Novotel deserves a perfect score! From the moment I checked in until I left, every detail made me feel comfortable. The breakfast selection was so extensive it was hard to choose! There were hot dishes, both Chinese and Western, a live noodle station, freshly baked bread, freshly ground coffee, and even Xuzhou-style rice noodles. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and they even recommended local eateries. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable, and the facilities were very new. Novotel truly excels at making guests 'feel at ease.' I will definitely be back again."

"Facilities: The swimming pool and gym are excellent. I practically had the pool to myself in the mornings. The toiletries in the room were an unfamiliar brand, but they smelled wonderful. Ambiance: The hotel decor is very new, with spacious rooms and great greenery. Service: The front desk was very responsive, and the service attitude was good. Breakfast: Quite average, not really up to Marriott's usual standards."

"April 26, 2026 – Absolutely terrible stay, just awful! ① There was a strange odor in the hallway. ② Upon arriving at our booked 5049 suite, we could smell a strong urine odor right outside the door! ③ We booked room 5049 expecting a suite, but it was essentially one large room with a single king-size bed and no partitions whatsoever. It definitely can't be called a suite. The bed faced directly into the shower area, and the strong, unpleasant smell from the shower was so bad it even permeated the bedding! ④ The entire room reeked of an unidentified odor—whether it was formaldehyde, benzene, or a stench from the drains, it was overpowering and made it impossible to sleep! ⑤ I also got bitten by some insect on my wrist; it's been red and itchy for two days and still hasn't subsided! ⑥ We also booked room 5039, a deluxe king, but the bed was uneven, clearly made by pushing two beds together, which severely affected our sleep! ⑦ The seafood and other ingredients at the evening buffet were not fresh. Some of the dead seafood had an unpleasant smell and was clearly not alive; a lot of it ended up being thrown away. Just terrible! This hotel experience was truly awful, one of the worst I've ever encountered!"

"I visited Xuzhou with friends, and this hotel had triple rooms right next to Suning Plaza. It was super convenient to take a taxi to all the attractions in Xuzhou, and there were so many great restaurants nearby – really handy! The front desk staff, especially one lady, was fantastic. We arrived at noon, and since our booked room type wasn't ready, she upgraded us to a deluxe king room and even gave us breakfast vouchers. The room was very spacious and clean, and the TV was large with screen casting capabilities. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!"
