房間設施設備齊全，面積實際得有三十平，隔音也好 很安靜，住了兩天客房大姐全部重新給打掃了一遍，床品各方面很乾凈 住的放心！來徐州玩，酒店位置離很多景點都很近，前台小姐姐服務禮貌，整體很滿意！👍👍👍

開始老婆覺得好貴，沒啥性價比，但入住感受，服務確實可以，本來沒有早餐，前台經理看到帶着孩子免費給了3份早餐，説實話早餐價格不貴，但是受重視的感覺確實不錯，見到孩子就給小玩具，孩子還想再住一天，奈何時間不允許，走的時候又給了很多伴手禮，很棒，有機會再來徐州再入住

首先酒店的服務就是一個亮點，辦理入住的時候就給了一杯暖心茶，下着小雨的天氣一杯熱茶挺暖胃的，另外就是衞生情況也很不錯，房間很乾凈，服務人員見到也會主動的打招呼，下次有機會還會入住！

總體來説酒店很新，硬件設施確實不錯，酒店員工服務態度也可以，但是確實這次體驗不是很好。具體表現為3月15日到16日的凌晨大概兩點多還是多少，二樓的警報器突然響了（打電話給前台給出的理由是有住客在房間內抽煙導致整個樓道都是警報器的聲音），且持續了至少5-10分鐘，我不知道別的住客如何感受，但是我們三個人都被吵醒了，住酒店最大的需求就是為了得到好的休息，反正我凌晨被吵醒以後再沒睡着，而且在被影響了休息以後沒有得到任何補償，甚至樓道里別人説話，開房門的聲音也清晰可見，側面説明隔音挺差的。

位置:酒店位置非常棒，距離商業中心很近，附近吃的非常豐富。打車至徐州東站約30分鐘。 服務:酒店前天服務很好，入住較晚，房間位置不是很滿意，小姐姐幫我勝利房間，非常感謝。晚上門不能反鎖，打電話到前台，很快就有工作人員來維修。 早餐:早餐豐盛，品類齊全。 床品:床品還可以，枕頭有兩種不同類型，不過我睡得不是很習慣。 衞生:乾淨衞生，衞生沒得挑剔。 睡眠:窗户對着酒店前面的停車場，比較安靜，晚上沒關窗户也睡得很好。
