I've stayed here several times already, and always get exactly what I need. The people are kind, speak English, and make life easy. There is a beautiful garden to walk around, some peacocks, and it is right by the best scenic area in xuzhou. Food is also amazing.

Have a nice weekend out of town. We ourselves live and work in Xuzhou, but we want peace and relaxation for the weekend. A very good impression of the hotel. Friendly, attentive, responsive staff. Clean and cozy rooms, good equipment. Nice view from the balcony. Excellent pastries and coffee for breakfast. A good park for walking, an opportunity to feed birds and piglets. Clean and warm swimming pool. Afternoon tea. Small gifts for children. The children played in the children's area. We are filled with energy again! Thank you very much, Primus!

Beautiful hotel. A short stay but nice lake and indoor swimming. Would like to try other amenities. Surrounding area is not finished, still undergoing construction. I will visit again.

國慶期間從武漢開車回東營路過徐州休息一晚，因為幾個月前出差來過徐州，覺得徐州是個特別乾淨的城市，沒想到這麼快再次來到徐州，這次選擇入住綠地鉑瑞，雖然時間很短，很多項目沒有體驗到，但是無論是酒店的環境，還是酒店的飲食，都讓人感到很舒服，尤其是管家劉莉貼心的升級了一間套房。期待再次來到徐州，再次入住綠地鉑瑞。

房間很不錯 也夠大 周圍環境很好 有陽台 可以看山看水，希望小冰櫃能放點氣泡水 如果礦泉水可以換別的品牌可以更提高九點品質。最值得一提的是50米標準泳池 沒有過多的消毒水味，很贊。
尤其感謝前台小姐姐高甜甜 服務熱情 周到 細心！有小蛋糕 小朋友很喜歡，有陽台 爸爸可以抽煙！

🧹衞生：
布草上有血跡。
衞生間反潮味十分嚴重
客房部衞生馬虎。並未仔細檢查房間，如便簽紙未更換，抽紙未補齊。
🔔服務：
反應及時，在提出返潮味大時，主動提出更換房間。
🚗 交通：
離老城區較遠。
🍃環境：
安靜。有許多親子娛樂項目及活動。
其他：
泳池衹有深水區，且無關人員可自由進出。

酒店環境很好，適合度假，國慶期間入住人很少，酒店很安靜。感覺徐州不是一個旅遊城市，越是假期越沒人。必須給五星好評，因為前台的工作人員，真的想盡辦法讓客人開心。工號不知道，送了孩子洗浴用品，浴巾也配了小童專用浴巾，給我們免費升級了湖景房。第二天直接前台續住，大概因為客房部以為要退房，並沒有及時打掃，前台工作人員又送了兩杯飲料，讓我們稍等。在酒店大堂裏面遇到工作人員，他們都會主動打招呼，比較符合酒店定位。酒店裡麪的湖景花園特別適合休閑散步，還有公共半開放茶室，大廳也有閲讀書吧，非常適合度假休閑。可惜我們時間緊張，都未體驗。唯一不足的是客房部，匆忙打掃的情況下把我們放床上的衣服胡亂塞被子裏，枕頭下，害我一頓好找，桌上昨天用的茶杯沒有更換。這些都算了，因為酒店前台接待人員的認真負責，還是要給五星好評！最後説一些酒店的裝潢設計，典雅不張揚，非常贊。
