什麼叫坐地起價，這次在這家酒店體驗到了。當天是晚上才到達酒店，事前沒有提前預訂酒店，順路就找了這家，在前台諮詢的價格是270多的價格，我就問有沒有優惠，接待的前台女員工説沒有，然後我就在手機APP上看到一個優惠的價格是234，我説網上都有優惠價格了，正想網上下訂單，到了付款的頁面被系統告知價格沒有了，手機刷新後價格被改為271，這種操作分明就是不給我買到234的價格，分明就是坐地起價的操作。現在想起來，當時我説網上有優惠的時候店員説過一句話：那你看看能不能訂到咯。當時我都沒有太在意這句話，因為當天開了很久的車才到雅安，而且已經很晚了，也沒聽清楚，現在想起當時的情形這個女員工真的是太離譜了，這家連鎖店我在不同的地方都入住過，從來沒有這樣的坐地提價操作，這種員工衹會對企業造成客户的流失，絕對是不能要的。以後我不會再選擇入住你們家所有的連鎖店。連普通的民宿都不如，沒服務，沒接待，沒熱情，員工的態度冷冰冰的。

這家酒店是5星級的 岀差前預訂的而且實惠 平台上預約維也納酒店是蠻好不錯的 去酒店住之前前台小姐姐很熱情辦理入職酒店的時候 裏面衞生環境就不説了吧 很乾凈也好看 房間也大 需要什麼給前台打電話都行的 住酒店維也納酒店是不錯的 臨走前招待人員禮貌待客歡迎我們再次光臨！下次出差也選維也納酒店

房間很大，但設施極其差，電話，水壺均是壞的，空調外機轟隆隆響，實在無法入睡，致電前台，連換三個房間，勉強湊合一晚。以前每到一個城市，總會選擇維也納連鎖，基本沒踩坑，這次的事情，打破了對維也納的好感，實在有失水準。希望酒店管理層能反思下，如此差的設施怎麼經營喔。
