The hotel's facilities are brand new, and the overall design is simple yet elegant, with a very stylish lobby entrance that's great for photos. The location is convenient for getting around, and parking for self-drivers is easy. Front desk agent Yang Lu provided attentive and efficient service, and even kindly upgraded my room and helped me register for the hotel's loyalty program. The guest room was spacious and clean. With amenities like a swimming pool, it was a comfortable and relaxing stop to recharge during a long drive."

"I really loved the style of this hotel! The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The location is excellent, and parking is super convenient with a dedicated underground garage. It's especially handy for those on the G318 self-driving route. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious, even offering freshly made noodles. The room itself was clean and tidy, and I appreciated the disposable towels and face cloths – very convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and there's unlimited refills of freshly ground coffee. Downstairs, there's a snack street which is incredibly convenient for food – I tried several places and they were all great. It's also really close to Wanda Plaza and the high-speed rail station. But what I'd really recommend most are the disposable towels and face cloths in the room."

"Our road trip during the Dragon Boat Festival was a fantastic experience at this guesthouse! The rooms had a panda theme and were impeccably clean. The panda base is just a few hundred meters away, and from there you can take a sightseeing bus directly to Bifengxia Gorge. Mengding Mountain and other attractions are also nearby. The owner was incredibly welcoming and patiently provided helpful information about the sights and attractions. Breakfast offered six different side dishes, three main dishes (fried rice, corn cakes, and steamed buns), porridge, and boiled eggs – all very tasty. They even prepared meat-filled rice dumplings for the festival, but since we didn't like them, they gave us plain rice dumplings instead. Lunch and dinner can be booked in advance; the portions are generous and the food is delicious – much better than what you'd find at tourist attractions!"

Our room had large, floor-to-ceiling windows, and it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owner was incredibly warm and friendly, and the service was excellent. They even provided complimentary shuttle service to the zoo. From the staircase windows, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and forests, and the air felt incredibly clean and invigorating, as if rich in negative ions."

"A paradise hidden in the mountains! The boss is super nice. We forgot to remind him to turn off the drain when draining the water, which resulted in a lot of water being wasted. Although the hot spring water is limited, the boss was very good and helped us fill it up! The room and hot spring are great! The home-cooked dishes in the restaurant are also very good. I like the bamboo shoots fried meat and boiled pork slices! The only downside is that there is a section of the mine road in front of the hotel, which is difficult to drive"

"Parking was very convenient along the roadside in the Zhougongshan Scenic Area. We booked a family room, which was spacious and private, so we didn't disturb each other. The owner said the hot spring was natural, and since it wasn't crowded during the week, the whole family could enjoy a private bath. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring was very comfortable, and the private hot spring water was changed for each guest. The owner even cooked noodles for us the next morning. We had a very comfortable stay!"

"The Crowne Plaza can be considered one of the best hotels in Ya'an, offering five-star amenities. The front desk service was excellent and very responsive. It happened to be the Mid-Autumn Festival, and they even gifted us an IHG custom mooncake box, which was a lovely touch. There's a free mini-train at the hotel entrance that takes you to and from the pier, which the kids absolutely loved. As an IHG member, I received a complimentary upgrade to a river view king room with a great view. My only minor gripe is that the room size felt a bit cramped compared to what I'd expect from a five-star hotel, but the in-room facilities were all quite good. Additionally, the hotel is situated in Ya'an's new landmark, the Ya'an Panda Exhibition Center, making its location superb. It's about a 40-minute drive from the Bifengxia scenic area. Definitely a recommended hotel!"

The location is excellent, at 388 Panda Avenue, very close to Wanda Plaza and the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive, including a washing machine and dryer. However, you can sit out in the corridor and enjoy a pretty good view of the pool below. The breakfast, though, was quite disappointing; it felt more like a three-star breakfast."
