Front desk agent Yang Lu provided attentive and efficient service, and even kindly upgraded my room and helped me register for the hotel's loyalty program. The guest room was spacious and clean. With amenities like a swimming pool, it was a comfortable and relaxing stop to recharge during a long drive."

"I was eating nearby and didn't want to drive home late, so I just booked this hotel. I didn't expect it to be so great! Right after I booked, someone from the staff called to ask if I was driving and guided me to the parking lot. They were so patient and thoughtful. Check-in was polite and enthusiastic. I didn't try the freshly ground coffee, afraid it would keep me up, but the black tea was delicious, and the surprise was that it was kept warm all the time. On a cold winter day, a cup of black tea in the lobby really warms the heart 🥰. After checking in, there was even someone to escort me to the elevator. The air conditioning worked well, and the hot water was plentiful and at a good temperature. The minimalist room style, coupled with the picturesque bay window, is perfect for enjoying the night view. Since I didn't book breakfast, fearing I wouldn't wake up in time, I won't comment on it. I'll definitely try it next time I visit."

"The new hotel had no formaldehyde smell, the rooms were large and beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The bed wasn't the super soft type, and the pillows—one high and one low—were a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, being on the second floor, it was quiet at night, and I slept very well. The surrounding environment was great, perfect for taking photos, and the service was excellent. It's rare to find such a satisfying hotel."

"Big shoutout to Doro Xiao at the front desk! Our stay with the little one this time was absolutely delightful! We called ahead to request a bed rail, and not only was it securely installed when we arrived, but they also had kids' toiletries waiting in the room. They even helped us book a time to see the pandas, which our child loved! What was even more touching was that on Mid-Autumn Festival, Doro specially delivered a handwritten greeting card and mooncakes 🥮. Her service was warm and meticulous throughout, and she even recommended family-friendly sightseeing routes, thinking of everything for us. Encountering such a thoughtful staff member made staying at the hotel the warmest memory of our trip. We'll definitely look for Doro again next time!"

The breakfast at the Yilin Hotel where I stayed on the first day in Ya'an is not as good as that of the Yilin Hotel The ground is very slippery and even adults have difficulty walking steadily. The restaurant staff all wear sports shoes to work to prevent slipping. (Shocked) The child broke his face, but no one took it seriously. The housekeeper said that the hotel had only been open for three months and was indeed poorly maintained. The protective film on the floor in the room was not cleaned and the sink was also in a bad state. It was probably because there were too few staff."

The breakfast, served in a charming nine-compartment style, was also very generous and varied. Our room's floor-to-ceiling windows were perfect for photos, allowing you to just unwind and gaze at the lush green views all day long, which felt incredibly therapeutic. It was a truly delightful stay!"

The receptionist was warm and professional, patiently answering all my travel questions and even proactively upgrading my room. They also provided complimentary ******* tea, perfect for a relaxing chat over a cup of fragrant tea – a truly authentic Ya'an experience. The hotel has convenient parking, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. From the facilities to the service, everything was impeccable, offering exceptional value. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable, with meticulous attention to detail – a stay that completely exceeded my expectations. "I feel it is not worth the price of more than 1200. It is far from the city center. The hotel facilities are not good. It is very old. It does not look like a hotel that opened 24 years ago. It is very different from other hotels of the same price in other places. The breakfast is also average. There are few charging stations. You have to queue and move the car. However, the hot spring is good. 3 points is not enough."
Daimo Boutique Stay Art Hotel
"Two things to complain about. First, the soundproofing is terrible, it's incredibly noisy. The room, priced at over 560 yuan, is on the fourth floor, which happens to have a communal bathhouse. A bunch of kids were running, jumping, and making a racket non-stop, and another room on the fourth floor kept opening and closing its doors. It didn't quiet down until after 10:30 am, making it impossible to rest. Second, the breakfast is extremely unhealthy. It costs 50 yuan per person and is all bread and cakes, with no regard for meat or vegetables, not even a basic fried egg. It's all carbohydrates, and you can even find zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) on New Year's Day. There's no freshly cooked food, which is extremely unfriendly to people with diabetes. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it."
