At first I lived on the eighth floor, and the air-conditioning room upstairs was too noisy, but later moved to the seventh floor! The hotel’s soundproofing is not good, the hotel’s lights are not easy to control, and one of the lights can’t be turned off, which is very annoying!

酒店位置可以，員工服務也挺好！就是那個布草啊，看到惱火，翻開到處都是洞，還很臟，感覺沒有洗過一樣，我們媳婦兒還單獨出去買的一次性墊褥，才睡了一晚上！這麼好的口岸，還是一個品牌酒店，確實不敢恭維，建議大家慎重選擇

酒店整體環境還是不錯。處於名山較好的位置，挨高速路口近。房間環境還是不錯的。就是無線網絡極差，信號不穩定，網絡差，影響到我晚上加班工作。打電話給前台問會議室密碼，結果密碼錯誤。最後前台説那就不知道了，你把電卡重新茶卡試試，然後確實不行就沒法了。沒有第一時間給我想辦法及提出解決方案，因此，在服務上不是很滿意

這麼多年第一次給差評！首先我朋友150定的不給按金，反而收我200房費的定的按金！第二，入住後給孩子洗完澡，水已經淹了半個房間！無奈換房間，換的是和我朋友一模一樣的哈，價格我卻要貴55元，還給了按金！！我不理解！然後衞生就更不説了，很差！從來沒見過這麼臟的馬桶圈。然後房間的電話打不出去！不過酒店的阿姨們服務態度還是很好的。這一顆星就是給阿姨們的！！總之，不值得！

地上有一團頭髮，印象一下就不好了，毛巾發黃了，好歹連鎖酒店，不至於連毛巾都一直不換吧，客單價也不低🧐馬桶坐墊也發黃了，雖然有一次性馬桶墊，但是套上的時候心裏一陣噁心
