Compared with traditional five-star hotels, this hotel is more business-oriented. The environment is good. There is a chocolate cookie welcome gift with the characteristics of Yilin. There are also small toys for children. The small details are good. However, the service awareness of the hotel staff needs to be improved when checking in, because it is a bit difficult to carry two suitcases with children. Although the service staff led the way in front, they did not have the awareness of helping, which reduced the customer experience. The environment of the room is good, and the breakfast can be said to be satisfactory. Because there are more guests on May 1st, the noodle stall seems a bit chaotic, and the waiting time in line is relatively long. The service awareness of some noodle cooks needs to be improved~ The attitude is relatively stiff

Because it was rated as the first five-star hotel in Ya'an, I had high hopes and chose a river view room. But the result was disappointing. After checking in, the room was abnormally warm. The staff was very enthusiastic at the time and said it was due to the weather. They even brought an air purifier. At night, the air conditioner showed 19 degrees, but the room was still stuffy. The worker came to measure it and the wall temperature was 27 degrees. Finally, they said there might be something wrong with the air conditioner and finally changed the room. The supplies in the whole room, such as toilet paper, were not up to the five-star standard. The staff was quite patient and meticulous, especially the girl who received us at the front desk was very patient. The picture is the exterior view we took from the river view room.

I booked a two-night package on Ctrip before I came to Ya'an for two days before it expired. The hotel is located in a very busy business district in Ya'an, with many famous restaurants nearby, and it is very close to the high-speed rail station and the highway, which is very convenient. The hotel opened last year, the facilities are very new, and the towels are soft and comfortable!

The room is simple and comfortable, quite spacious, the reception is warm, the breakfast is rich and delicious, but the room price is not low, the quilt is too thick for this season, the pillow is not very comfortable, and the toiletries are not of high quality, which does not match the room price.
