這家酒店真的是度假休閑一體啊，環境優美，大氧吧，背靠青山，有鹿苑，禪寺，還有孔雀隨處可以見，散養的，有合作鞦韆、蹦床樂園設施，小朋友很喜歡😘
我們住的貴賓樓裏還有鋼琴，小朋友出門還可以練習下😄

其實環境很不錯，打三分主要是因為噪音。整體感覺很不錯，住的貴賓樓，停車很方便，服務員態度都很好，很熱情。唯一美中不足就是房間隔音差，因為多是家庭親子入住，晚上孩子玩鬧聲很大，過道對面的房間把門關上還是很吵，直接敲門溝通時，有的家長有素質教育孩子要小聲，有的家長覺得晚上22點多時間還早憑什麼讓孩子小聲點😂。建議酒店方多加標識牌，並在晚間派人巡查提醒吵鬧的房間不要影響別人休息。或者裝修加隔音層。

酒店設施沒得説，而且有小童遊樂區。
但是貴賓樓露台沒有警示標識，孩子摔倒臉青了一塊。貴賓樓女主管服務意識很好，接到電話後立刻幫忙準備的冰袋，非常感謝。
早餐一般，附近除了酒店餐飲部和超市沒有外賣。
酒店不太好找，交通不是很方便。
另外貴賓有沒有冰箱，很不方便建議改進。

酒店自身環境不錯，建築蠻有當地風貌。估計是旅遊淡季的緣故，散客不多，幾乎獨享整棟貴賓樓。工作人員服務態度很好，做到了有求必應。早餐品種多樣，有不少陝西特色美食和小吃。餐廳主管和客房服務人員都很熱情。另外，院子裏的孔雀不少，能近距離接觸和觀賞。酒店夜景燈光效果不錯，可以惜飛不了無人機無法共享美景。

這是一家五星酒店，沒想到設施有點粗糙。水龍頭正常打開就飛濺，弄的一身水，很無語。入住這家酒店是我們人生的第一次包酒店，當天除了我們，竟沒有一個客人入住，但是酒店人員服務是好的

挺好的入住體驗，去的時候客人不是很多，給我免費升級房型，服務很貼心，飯菜可送到房間，房間挺安靜，落地窗，能看外面風景。餐廳的飯菜做的非常好，南方大廚水平

環境不錯，但是距離市區太遠。主樓沒有住幾個人，早餐非常豐盛，點餐推了一個小推車。服務態度很好，很真誠。
