"Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown. We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request. The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token."

"The floor of the room is very high. Visually, it is 3.2 meters tall and has one floor. It does not feel oppressive and is atmospheric. The room was very clean and the stay was comfortable. Checking in at the front desk during the National Day had to wait in line for half an hour. The three front desks were very busy, but in the end I found that the three of them went through the procedures together. After several steps, only one person checked in, and the others were just preliminary contacts and communication😅😅. Although it was recommended that guests waiting in line at the back go to Tower C to check in, with a bunch of luggage and children, no one was willing to drag their luggage to another building. The biggest complaint was that the front desk reported that orders placed by Ctrip after 6 pm that day were not found in the hotel system at 9:30 pm, and it took a long time to get the room card. The worst thing is that I stayed in Building AC. All breakfast the next day was concentrated in Building B, and the breakfast room in Building A was not open. Fifteen or six hundred people went to the restaurant in Tower B to have breakfast. There was no food because of the crowd. You had to fry your own eggs to get the fried eggs. The management had no plan or plan when faced with the crowd?"

It's super convenient, only a 7-8 minute walk to the No. 3 Middle School. Breakfast from 7 am to 10 am was also very plentiful. The room lighting was bright and created a great atmosphere – clean, tidy, and perfect for photos. The underground parking garage offers free and ample parking spaces. The first floor has a spa center, the second floor is the lobby, the third floor is for accommodation, and the fourth floor is the gym. Each floor has a lounge area, power banks, and drink stations, all very well-appointed. There's even a robot that delivers packages, so the service is excellent. The night view outside the main entrance is also lovely. Highly recommended and definitely worth staying at. Plus, dining and supermarkets nearby are very convenient."

The wangjiaping is a 25-minute walk away, or you just take the bus, the bus station close near the hotel. The hotel looks clean, bright and inviting. So is everything. The rooms are spacious and cosy. Have you ever dined under Mao tse Tung-portraits ? Simply enjoy the opulent Chinese breakfast in the hotel dining room under the guidance of the Great Chairman. "I picked this hotel as a jump-off point to visit Guanquan Canyon and Jingbian Wave Valley. It's located in Baota district of Yan'an. The location is great as it's only five minutes walk from the Yan'an High Speed Railway Station. Even if you have big luggage like mine, it's still manageable walk to the hotel. The hotel reception was wonderful. One of the girls, unfortunately I didn't take her name, was extremely helpful and tried hard to retrieve the packages I ordered to the hotel from several storage locations for me. It shows that she was dedicated to her job to assist guests without complaints. Breakfast is available and included in my reservation. It's standard Chinese breakfast. They even provided warm orange juice which I surprisingly like. The hotel has a self-service laundry room with free detergent. This is a great plus for me. The only complain I may have is, although this is not a unique situation in China, the stinkiness of cigarette smoking in the room and corridor. Thankfully it's March when I visited as I had to close window as cigarette smell came through the window. This is very unfortunate indeed."

"The shimmering waters are beautiful on a sunny day, and the misty mountains are enchanting even in the rain… The tranquil and elegant traditional cave dwellings, paired with the lush green mountains, and enhanced by a refreshing night rain, possess a unique charm. Such beautiful scenery and accommodations were a truly delightful surprise. Seeing that I had elderly relatives and a child with me, the front desk staff offered the following: A free upgrade to a suite with a large heated brick bed! Free extra blankets and pillows! A complimentary, generous buffet breakfast! My elderly relative fulfilled their wish to visit this sacred place and experience a traditional cave dwelling, while the child was captivated by the clean, unique furnishings and the extra-large heated brick bed. We were all pleasantly surprised! Furthermore, the place is right next to the Yangjialing Historical Site and very close to the Revolutionary Memorial Hall and Zaoyuan. Highly recommended, I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yan'an!"
