"Facilities: During the off-season, we were upgraded to a terrace room at the neighboring Jia Hua Hotel. It boasted standard five-star facilities, and the wooden tables and kang (heated brick bed) preserved the historical charm of Yan'an, giving guests a pleasant surprise. Environment: The terrace was right outside the door, a stone's throw from the snow view. It's early December now; it should be even more beautiful in a month or two. Service: We experienced the attentive care expected of a Starwood hotel. Thank you to butler Xiao Feng for his assistance during our stay."

"The floor of the room is very high. Visually, it is 3.2 meters tall and has one floor. It does not feel oppressive and is atmospheric. The room was very clean and the stay was comfortable. Checking in at the front desk during the National Day had to wait in line for half an hour. The three front desks were very busy, but in the end I found that the three of them went through the procedures together. After several steps, only one person checked in, and the others were just preliminary contacts and communication😅😅. Although it was recommended that guests waiting in line at the back go to Tower C to check in, with a bunch of luggage and children, no one was willing to drag their luggage to another building. The biggest complaint was that the front desk reported that orders placed by Ctrip after 6 pm that day were not found in the hotel system at 9:30 pm, and it took a long time to get the room card. The worst thing is that I stayed in Building AC. All breakfast the next day was concentrated in Building B, and the breakfast room in Building A was not open. Fifteen or six hundred people went to the restaurant in Tower B to have breakfast. There was no food because of the crowd. You had to fry your own eggs to get the fried eggs. The management had no plan or plan when faced with the crowd?"

It is also a twelve minute walk from the coach station, so very convenient if you want to take a bus to Hukou Waterfall, Wave Valley or The Canyon. I chose a Kang room, even though it was summer, and it was a novel experience. The staff were all friendly, and breakfast was fine. There is currently no laundry room in the hotel for guests to use."
