設施：新酒店各方面都可以，配備智能馬桶和家居
衞生：乾淨
環境：高層酒店，可以俯瞰揚州城景
服務：非常好，泳池，客房的服務員都很熱情，讓人賓至如歸。尤其表揚客房服務員，不知道具體名字，但是工作認真負責仔細。我們住在2708號房間，離店時忘了一件衣服，可能是和浴巾裹在一起了，我自己都還沒發現少了。回家路上酒店發現之後來電告知，並且立即安排了快遞寄回。
希望可以替我向該服務員表達感謝。
P.S.一個小問題，泳池水有點涼，希望可以改進下。
揚州新揚記套餐三選一: 驚艷到我了，套餐裏每樣都好吃，尤其爆汁蒸餃，個頭大湯水多，肉餡調味是偏甜口的，恰到好處，我們一家都覺得很好吃。還加點了一個鳳爪，入口即化美味極了。沒想到酒店送的套餐如此超出預期，透明廚房就在餐廳盡頭，早飯所有東西都是現做的，非常好。
衝著酒店的客房服務和美味早餐，下次來揚州還會選擇入住這家酒店

其實酒店各方面都很滿意，安排的新楊記早餐，午餐也都分量十足色澤味美，要説唯一缺點就是由於新裝修，房間裝潢味道很濃烈，連住兩天表示實在吃不消，好在服務員馬上安排了空氣凈化器，心理上覺得好像好一些了

房間和酒店服務還是很好的！
剪掉的兩分是給餐廳的，新揚記，蝦子麪和餛飩有點不新鮮，乾絲太油了，餚肉太酸了，感覺放了好久……最好，手滑打了個吐殼子的盤子，竟然要賠100，表示了不值之後硬收了50……

酒店大堂打造得非常奢華，頂配的富麗堂皇。整體還算乾淨，房間的各種設施也算到位，小黃鴨主題特色顯著，也有小帳篷和玩具，不過沒有秋千滑梯組合。作為國際型酒店，與洲際和迎賓館比，大堂服務還需提升，比如缺少迎賓服務和行李服務；作為套房，洗浴用品略顯low，也不連早餐，不過正好可以在樓下“新揚記”喝早茶。“新揚記”菜品很ok，服務也很到位。

酒店比較新，智能馬桶，房間很大，送酸奶和水果，入住送瘦西湖夜遊門票或大明寺門票（瘦西湖夜遊門票120元一張）超值！服務態度也很好，早餐可以點早茶，味道不錯，住店客人打88折。唯一的缺點是酒店位置偏了點，但如果是自駕也就無所謂了。

U1S1房間床是真的大！晚上一個人睡可以橫着睡就是了，房間格局和南京凱賓斯基很像，但是面積大得多。服務很好，有人送進門，退房時間我到2點半才走也沒有任何打擾，外賣是機器人送的，可惜忘了拍照，我以為揚州沒有這玩意，很方便新穎的設計，是一次滿意的入住體驗

房間挺乾淨，標房的床也挺大的，還送了歡迎水果和網紅本地酸奶，小小孩還另外配了一套洗漱用品挺周到的，六樓有小童玩的，孩子們一進去就不肯出來，唯一覺得不好的體驗就是電梯不用刷卡哪一層都能去，私密性安全性不是很高，還有電梯裏都是乘客的時候，工作人員就不要擠進來了，還硬塞進來，好像是在一個個房間做檢查，三四個人，旁邊有這麼多電梯，為什麼一定要和客人擠在一起，還有就是酒店的中餐廳，服務員説是第一天上班，我搜了wifi問她密碼直接回説沒有wifi，端個菜把我們分酒器裏的酒撒了一半，沒有一句道歉，這就是有低消包房的服務嗎？有點大跌眼鏡！

设施还可以，智能卫浴、机器人送外卖、裝修也比較新，中央空調新风系統低音效果不錯，能保持房间无味道，有欢迎水果，停车场方便！早餐尚可，揚州早茶简易版的都有了，五一期间小朋友比較多一点，酒店內的中餐厅＂新扬记＂有特色一點的早茶，需自費，我們到店吃了晚餐，味道不错，就是服务的水平啊很一般，男服务生喜欢沾着女服务员屁股后面转着聊天，光送菜不換碟，青春期的小孩也正常，房間內打扫比較干净，酒店的席梦思對我们年纪大的不太友好，早上起床腰有點酸，建议酒店重视客人体验感！另外建议的就是酒店的管理要提高啊，一个五星级酒店的服务比不上华座会的花間堂的服务，说出去会被人笑话的！
