大廳有點破舊，房間還算整潔，但是投屏太雞肋，不好用，效果也不好，投影機跟幕布也是便宜的。網絡也經常卡，隔音不好。坐便圈也要掉下來了。

服務巨差，環境巨差，衞生巨差，櫃子上寫着已壞勿動，洗手間反味。圖一，圖二是走廊，巨嚇人。圖三一張大床，一條小被子，跟我説被子是正常尺寸，床邊小被子是自己去另外一個房間拿的。（嚴重懷疑門鎖是從來不換新密碼的，僅僅個人看法）真是延吉火了，什麼東西都能開民宿做生意了…

特別差，列舉幾方面吧。1.早上醒了沒水沒電，去樓道里自己打大桶裏的水，提着桶回房間，放馬桶裏沖廁所，夜裡十一點多就停電了，手機沒電，根本沒充滿，下樓時停電沒電梯，我們走下去的，樓道里漆黑一片，十幾樓，走到腿痠打顫。2.回來的時候來電了，電梯上樓的時候碰到了房東，説原來價格都是幾十塊錢一晚上，現在三四百了，內部設施也就值幾十。3.老闆娘上午就開始收拾房間，我們12點才退房，讓我們進門之後不要坐床，我們在地板上坐了會，充了會電，老闆娘還催我們趕緊走，我們據理力爭，昨晚停電手機都沒充怎麼走，她讓我們呆到了下午一點，説要是放行李一小時一件行李收費20。4.老闆娘總強調她這很乾凈，讓進門穿拖鞋，那紙拖鞋軟的不行，還不如光腳，洗手池下面還有各種沒洗好的衣服，不知道是誰的，實在覺得衞生也不怎麼樣。
兩位長輩接受能力強，都覺得必須要給差評，真的是極極極少給差評，實在沒辦法，強烈不推薦。

房間大，可以睡4個人，家庭出行很適合。免費延遲退房，很貼心。樓下有洗浴。電梯不好等，人較多。位置很好，旁邊走走就是網紅牆和延邊大學。晚上非常熱鬧。周邊各種美食。

房間很大 床品也較乾淨 入住離店全都自助很方便 民宿的位置很方便離延邊大學打卡牆很近 就是停車非常不方便如果自駕的話不建議選擇 門口有點亂 還有就是衞生間洗澡不是很方便花灑的水很小 好在樓下就有温泉 兩天都是去那裡洗的澡

房型很敞亮，一室一廳那種，朝西的房間能躺吊椅上看日落，感覺很棒~設施齊全，挨着地鐵口，出行方便，去延大 西市場什麼的都很方便

離延邊大學 網紅牆一站地 很近 步行可達 樓下就是公交車站 到各個景點 高鐵站 網紅打卡點都直達！雖然臨街但並不吵 有五個電梯上下樓沒有等很久 樓下就有超市很方便 老闆有問必答 房間很乾凈也很大！適合親子游！
