The night view of Tianchi Bridge was a major highlight of our trip. The room cleaning was impeccable, with even the corners sparkling clean. After checking in, they thoughtfully sent us check-in instructions, a guide to local attractions, dining recommendations, and a map of the surrounding area, including nearby Korean restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"Warning!!! Real review from a Ctrip Black Diamond member: The room smelled terrible from the renovation, don't book! The online pictures looked okay, but it was just so-so. Most importantly, the hotel was newly opened and renovated, and the smell was overwhelming!! The price was outrageously high; 1500 RMB could get you a basic room at a Ritz-Carlton in a major city, but here it's like a guesthouse! Where does this audacity come from? Positioning itself as high-end is ridiculous; there's no quality, no service! Because we were traveling with elderly people and children, and the room smelled terrible, we didn't want to make do and requested a refund. The front desk refused to resolve the issue, and when we contacted the guesthouse owner through Ctrip's official channels, the owner was adamant about not refunding, saying they could refund 20% of the room rate, but only if we deleted the Ctrip order (so we couldn't leave a review), which was obviously unacceptable. In the end, we didn't get a single penny back, and we didn't stay there. Summary: The room smelled terrible, the facilities were all show and no substance, and there was absolutely no service!"

The hotel itself was quiet and elegant, I slept incredibly well in the bed, and parking was very convenient for getting around. It's truly suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!"
