小區位置優越，在一樓還有一個小院子。小朋友出去玩也很放心。房間應該的新裝修的，非常乾淨，整潔乾燥。三個房，都是東北特色的炕，適合二三個家庭入住

性價比很高。一張大炕可以睡三個大人兩個孩子，一張小炕（兩人），一張中等炕能睡三個成人。很乾凈、整潔。離水上早市很近，步行十分鐘就能走到，開車至西市場5分鐘，西市場旁邊各種網紅飯店都能找到。

民宿很乾凈，老闆是個年輕小帥哥，人很隨和好溝通，一定要重點表揚一下民宿的大炕，冬天入住不要太舒服啊！打開電幾分鐘就熱了，帶長者住的，長者很喜歡睡大炕，熱乎乎的全身都舒適！小屋温度剛剛好，我們9個人住的，比住酒店要合適的多，老闆還給推薦美食，整體感覺滿分！

真是非常好的民宿，延吉不大基本住這裏去哪都很方便。屋子比較新乾乾淨淨。非常實用。有機會還會再來住。
