從一進大堂辦理入住至房間一路下來感受的是員工整體素質高，精神面貌飽滿，有任何問題都能及時圓滿地解決。
餐廳領班和飲食部韓淑芝為早上出行的客人精心準備豐盛的路早並耐心詳細介紹了附近旅遊購物情況，十分受益。
韓服攝影部全體員工用心服務客户，尤其是孫老師和短髮女生工作踏實，業務嫻熟，拍攝導演技術以及粧造技術堪稱完美，使我們延吉三日之旅完美收官，成為韓國民俗城當天最靚的仔，感謝攝影師修圖設計師粧造師精心合作，更要感謝經理幫我介紹這麼優秀的團隊。

第一次來延吉選擇白山大廈，從一進門就被熱情招待，客户代表崔根正熱情周到，發來了延吉旅遊和美食攻略，退房的時候也熱情歡送，房間看夜景很漂亮，離網紅牆也不遠，早餐種類也很豐富。

酒店經理苗青青服務特別積極，大門有位花白頭髮大哥引導入住也特積極，一路送到電梯口，前台所有服務人員的響應速度和態度都很職業很親切
酒店早餐的種類和地方同級別酒店比較是很豐富的，中西餐和民族特色食品都有，有現磨咖啡豆的咖啡機，不愛喝速溶咖啡的人表示特別感謝，自備的掛耳咖啡包這次沒用上，謝謝。
隔音一騎絕塵怒甩各大連鎖酒店幾條街，隔壁開着門聊天我們關門後一點聽不見，空間利用很充分佈局很好，房間設施物品齊全整潔，雖然稍顯老舊但是很實用，窗外的大河夜晚景觀很美
我們家是一個成年人兩位長者住的家庭房，面積説實話有點侷促，現在延吉家庭旅遊挺多的，3人間4人間家庭套房很缺乏，我們去蘇州這種旅遊城市可以訂到泛太平洋兩個卧室四人間的房型，希望酒店翻新的時候考慮房型改造

延吉資歷最老的高檔酒店，很多國家領導人都入住過。建議更換淋浴噴頭，浴缸也是比較老舊的。自助餐樣式豐富，因為五一節假日入住客人很多，高峯期沒有就餐座位，建議改善
