老闆真的超級超級好 很熱情 房間很乾凈也很舒服 真的很喜歡 超乎所值 而且老闆真的超級好 我們兩個女生感覺有老闆在很有安全感 裏面什麼都齊全 而且老闆還會幫我們打開熱水器啥的 真的超級超級推薦

給我最大的兩個印象是：方便，和老闆熱情。
賓館在福海路上，是福山的中心路，距離幾大商超都很近，不出2公里。樓下就能停車，老闆會給免費，基本上很晚回來也能停下。晚上順着路，直接就能開到海邊，正好是沙灘中間，旁邊還有燒烤廣場。
房間裝修很好看，床品乾淨又好看，每天回去看到乾乾淨淨的房間心情很好。有空調和電蚊香，白天打開窗户通風非常涼快，晚上睡覺開空調也一點不會悶熱。本來擔心會有蚊子，但是完全沒被咬。
老闆非常熱情，我們剛來的時候訂的雙床房還沒收拾出來，老闆就免費給升了大床房，還給了兩瓶賓館**的礦泉水。有什麼需求問問老闆，老闆都會特別熱心地幫忙出謀劃策。
雖然來了一趟煙台沒能達成目標，但是住在這裏遇到老闆這樣的人真的覺得是交了一個朋友一樣，短短兩天就讓人認識到了山東、煙台人民的熱情。如果以後有機會，還會來這裏住。

住這種賓館的話什麼體驗肯定要有心理預期 不過這家真的非常不錯 把屋子裡麪收拾的比較乾淨 雖然可能設備方面有些陳舊什麼的但是老闆人也很好 注意的是樓下的網吧千萬不要去 重要的事情説三遍
