I stayed at the Crowne for two nights, and after the first night, I had a large rash on my neck. When I changed rooms, I specifically emphasized a thorough cleaning. Yet, after the second night, I developed a rash on my arm. I really can't commend the hotel's cleanliness. The toilet in the first room was also broken, and on the second night, I listened to the sound of wind all night long. When you're traveling, health is paramount, so everyone needs to be extra careful when choosing a hotel!"

"Honestly, when I was planning my trip to Yantai, this hotel immediately caught my eye. After looking at several options, I still chose the Huanghai Hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The hotel facilities are new, the environment is great, and the soundproofing is also good. The front desk staff, both men and women, provided very thoughtful and warm service. The hotel is right by the sea, close to Fisherman's Wharf and the Second Bathing Beach, making it super convenient for beachcombing. It was a very satisfying stay! I'm just not much of a photographer, so I don't have many pictures, but it looks pretty much like the promotional photos."

"The room was quite spacious, and the sea view was absolutely stunning! The hotel's location is excellent, right by a subway station, the First Bathing Beach, and Yantai Mountain. It's also very close to Yantai Station, located on the 58th floor of the World Trade Center. The bed was super comfortable. I was personally very satisfied. The soundproofing seemed fine to me; I wasn't disturbed at all. I stayed for 3 consecutive days without moving. The only minor issue was that on one of the days, after housekeeping, they seemed to have forgotten to empty the trash. Otherwise, everything was great. Next time, I can just remind them. I've already recommended it to my colleague, haha, she's coming next month!"

"## Amenities: The air conditioning and washing machine were very convenient. All essential fire safety facilities were present. For extended stays, cooking is also an option. ## Cleanliness: Perhaps it was just our specific room, as other reviews seem quite good. However, our room really had issues... There were footprints on the sheets, and I'm unsure when they were left (the sheets definitely needed changing and a thorough wash). There was visible dust on the floor by the walls and on the mirror. On the bright side, after we contacted the front desk, the cleaning lady arrived incredibly quickly and helped clean up. For a guesthouse-style accommodation, I hope they can provide a small mop in the bathroom in the future. That way, after showering, guests could easily mop up the water themselves, saving the cleaning staff extra trips. Standing water on the floor is quite unpleasant, and if left to air-dry, it poses a slip hazard, especially for children and the elderly. ## Service: The staff had a very good attitude, patiently answering all our questions. Anything we needed was promptly provided, and the cleaning lady was also very kind. ## Environment: Aside from a minor improvement needed in cleanliness, everything else was excellent. The price was affordable, the room was spacious, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a lovely sea view. The location was superb and very convenient, making it easy to get around. Parking was convenient, capped at 10 RMB per day. There were plenty of dining options, a shopping mall, and a bus station nearby. The BBQ stall downstairs was delicious, and there's a coffee shop on the ground floor, so no need to venture far for coffee. Many snack shops, convenience stores, and restaurants are also close by. The absolute best part is that pets are welcome with just a 100 RMB deposit, which is incredibly friendly. Everyone we encountered during our stay was also very friendly and fond of dogs, making this truly a welcoming city. Room cleaning can be requested anytime via the front desk, and they respond quickly. The water pressure from the shower was super strong, which was incredibly refreshing after a day at the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"This Hotel Indigo definitely has a vibrant, resort-like feel, with lots of orange decorations. It's right on the beach, about four kilometers from the Time Tower. Running a few kilometers along the coastline in the early morning or evening, with the sea breeze and gentle sunlight, is simply blissful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is excellent. The service is attentive and meticulous, especially Maxine, who was incredibly thoughtful and professional, making us feel truly welcomed."
