"Checked into Four Points by Sheraton Yantai Zhifu. This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel was newly renovated in 2025, so the facilities are incredibly new. The smart toilet and screen-mirroring TV were definite bonuses. The location is superb, very close to both Yantai Bus Station and the train station, making getting around super convenient. The front desk service was warm and attentive; especially when we first arrived by taxi, a staff member immediately helped us with our luggage – so friendly and considerate! 👍 The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yantai! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The bedding was so comfortable, I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, the environment is quiet, and it offers excellent value for money. It's very clean, and there's even a pleasant cantaloupe scent in the elevator, which shows great attention to detail."

"The hotel is new, and thankfully, there was no strong smell of renovation. However, upon check-in, I found a few bloodstains on the duvet and a large puddle of water behind the toilet, making me think there was a leak. The staff member who came to help was polite, but their tone suggested they wondered if we were responsible for the 'fresh' marks. The engineering team arrived with a plunger. They replaced the duvet and wiped up the water in the bathroom (it turned out not to be a leak, just a messy cleaning job), and offered two cans of juice as compensation. The hallway windows were constantly open, making the corridor damp and stuffy. Soundproofing wasn't great; I was woken up at 6 AM on the first day by noise from the floor above. For the price, the breakfast was excellent and very substantial. However, the restaurant lacked proper insulation, and by 8 AM, the hot dishes were already cold. The restaurant is on the first floor and has no partition from the lobby. I saw flies both in the food pickup area and near the dining tables. Dinner was included in the room rate, consisting of beef noodles/wontons and congee. In summary, the hotel is quite new with good facilities, and the service attitude was great, but the restaurant's design and management need improvement."

"Conveniently located with a bus stop right downstairs. The room was very spacious, and we even got an upgrade to a suite because we were traveling with a child. My kid absolutely loved the game console in the room. They also thoughtfully provided special toiletries and slippers for children, along with eye masks and small gifts, which was a really nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great three-fixture separation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town."

"I stayed here for two days and had a great room experience. It was clean and tidy, with a wonderful environment and excellent facilities. It's conveniently located near a university with a street full of snack shops, making food and drinks easily accessible. Visiting tourist spots was also perfect, as there's a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient. There's also a huge parking lot right in front, so parking is easy if you're driving."

"The hotel's facilities are great, definitely one of the better hotels in Yantai. The service, however, could use some improvement. The breakfast area is on the first floor, which can be cold in winter and the food gets cold quickly. The rooms are quite spacious, and the hot water supply is excellent. Plus, the higher floors offer great sea views. It's a good choice for both business trips and family vacations!"

"My friend was visiting Yantai and asked me to book a guesthouse for them. This place has a great location, very close to Chaoyang Street and Suochengli, and it's less than a five-minute walk to the beach. The room facilities and bedding were quite clean and tidy. The guesthouse manager was also very responsive, which made everything hassle-free. Plus, the price was reasonable, and the view from the window was quite impressive and grand."

"The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment. There was a shopping mall downstairs, which was very convenient for shopping. We stayed there for two nights and it was very good. After dinner, we went for a walk to Golden Beach Park to watch the sunset. They also provided us with great help when our child fell ill during our stay."

"Whenever I visit a city, if the Pullman has a good location, I usually choose it because I love their bedding. This Pullman in Yantai didn't disappoint at all. Even though it's been open for a while, the facilities are well-maintained, and the hygiene is good. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and I had a very comfortable stay. The view from the 26th-floor lobby window is absolutely stunning, you can see Yantai Mountain and Suochengli, and Chaoyang Street is also within walking distance. Plus, Wanda Plaza is right next door, which is super convenient."

"I've been a Ctrip Black Diamond member for many years and have stayed at countless hotels, but I rarely leave reviews because I'm too lazy. However, this hotel truly deserves a five-star rating and my time. The front desk staff was very professional during check-in. The hotel is right on the beach, which is uncrowded and perfect for families with kids. Room service and food delivery were incredibly fast. Even with the breakfast queue, they managed everything very well. The dinner BBQ buffet was much better than what you'd find at many star-rated hotels in Sanya. A special shout-out goes to the red-uniformed hostess at breakfast today – her crowd control was excellent! When there was a queue, she insisted that anyone with a table must have someone from their party come to collect them, no exceptions, even for foreigners. She treated everyone equally and made sure everyone queued properly, unlike some other hotels, like the XXton, that kowtow to foreigners and practice double standards. This hotel and that breakfast hostess deserve a huge commendation today!"

The hotel has a small garden that leads directly to Golden Beach, making it very convenient for kids to play in the sand. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the Penglai Noodles."

"The staff is friendly and polite, the breakfast selection is rich and high quality. The hotel has been open for four years, but the overall maintenance is still very good. The room also provides fruits and thoughtful handwritten greetings, which is rarely seen in other hotels. But I have a small suggestion. As a luxury hotel in such a dry area in the north, the bathing facilities should be equipped with lotion for guests to use."
