怎麼形容呢？電梯一股發黴的味道！房間入住沒放廁紙，沒放拖鞋，拖鞋是自己看隔壁在掃房向服務員要的。廁紙下午打電話要的，晚上都沒送來。房間全是可見的衞生死角。入住期間無人打掃衞生。就衹配一個枕頭。長者覺得矮想加個枕頭一開始打電話滿口答應，下樓和前台説也是滿口答應，可到了晚上遲遲沒送來，最後被告知滿房，沒有！我就納悶了，都沒有備用的嗎？滿房為什麼網上還可定房！難道是因為打電話詢問的是個孩子就給打發了！早餐38一位還算豐富，餐廳大姐很熱情，想往水杯裏打點熱水，沒有拒絕！位置很好，旁邊有商超，對面是各種海鮮飯店，走10分鐘就能到海邊。離蓬萊閣景區，八仙過海景區都很近，附近也有加油站。總之不會再選擇了。

大廳富麗堂皇，佔地很大。隔壁就是利羣購物中心，對面街也有個寶龍廣場。但是客房服務有點跟不上，我基本到快7點了，居然房間還沒收拾好。進了房間，空調製冷不行，還有蚊子，房間設施比較老舊了尤其是衞生間。去前台拿了蚊香，但是優點是停車很方便，服務人員態度也還不錯。早餐基本也沒什麼能吃的，做煎蛋的阿姨也優點不耐煩。

距離景區、海邊都近，周圍餐飲娛樂、停車出行方便，酒店整體環境不錯，設備略顯陳舊，服務人員服務意識有待加強。

説真的環境真的不錯，停車也方便，房間裏面挺舒適，在蓬萊算很好的酒店，枕頭舒服，床上用品很新，睡眠不好的我，竟然躺床上就睡一直到天亮，價格也非常合適，以後再去還會住在這裏。

酒店很氣派，環境優、設施新，房間寬敞乾淨沒異味，可泡澡和沖洗，距離海邊步行10分鐘，酒店旁邊就是大商場。我最滿意的是門口停車，停車場很大，住宿後去長山島遊玩可以免費停車，酒店服務人員很客氣態度很好。因為疫情，早餐都是給送到房間，感覺菜品還可以。
