大姐人特別好，有求必應，免費讓我使用洗衣機，都晾乾了，房間衞生很不錯！我特別看重衞生，去的時候大姐正在打掃，她把上一位旅客用的都洗了，甚至是小被子也洗了，這裏雖然是個招待所，但得到的服務是星級的，如果你想選擇物美價廉的住店，這裏真的很推薦，謝謝大姐給了我回家的感覺

老闆娘很熱情，價格也不算貴，整體還不錯，離蓬萊閣也很近，可以去坐索道。在網上沒訂到去煙台的高鐵票，自駕游過去的，延巷子進去有個免費停車場，一塊空地上停了很多車!

酒店坐落在一個貧民窟似的老破小巷子，唯一優點就是離蓬萊閣很近，步行到振揚門400多米，周圍全是當地開家庭作坊似的小賓館。房間裏設施陳舊，衞生間和公共廁所一樣是蹲坑的。硬件不達標，房間裏除了床，就一個小牀頭櫃，大部分行李衹能放地上，衞生紙、吹風機什麼都要問前台老闆要，衞生紙我估計是拼多多2毛一卷買的。房間沒有配電熱水壺，得不停去前台用一個1升大的小水壺自取飲用水。網頁上寫着24小時熱水，其實洗澡用的是太陽能熱水，陰天下雨就沒熱水澡了。後來老闆説是燒了一次鍋爐，結果剛洗完一個人，第二個人洗澡水就不怎麼熱了。衞生間比卧室高一個台階，地面還特別滑，洗完澡一不小心摔得胳膊都青了，蠻糟心的一次酒店體驗。

房間很乾凈 老闆娘和她姑娘都很善良 我們自己做飯 在她家住有種回家的感覺 孩子住的都不想走了 周邊景點都離得很近 強烈推薦喜歡來海邊玩兒的朋友來她家住

很乾凈，距離景區近，很方便。房東大姐特別好，給找了免費停車位，有東西需要用冰箱，房東大姐也幫忙保存了，很滿意。

房間很乾凈整潔，採光也很好，空調WIFI都有，設施齊全。位置很好，走個不到五六分鐘就能到海邊，海邊遊個泳回來沖個澡很舒服，周邊商場都有。性價比超高，即使是旅遊旺季房價也不會高，老闆娘人很好，很照顧住客，大方熱情！

交通：超級方便的距離海邊和蓬萊閣景區都挺近的步行很快就到了
衞生：店裡也挺乾淨的都是一客一換挺好的
環境：環境不錯二樓還不錯
服務：服務挺到位的，一直都是微笑服務的價格也挺實惠的，不錯可以
