Good location and wonderful looking from outside. It is easy for me to find out the hotel. Services are excellent, and foods at restaurants are delicious. I will be back with friends. In general I satisfied with this UTop marina hotel.

My favorite hotel in the Yeosu marina. Always my first choice when visiting Yeosu for business trips. The room is spacious with plenty of amenities (a washing machine included in the room). The in-house restaurant provides few European choices but they are of good quality and at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Sure, book again the next time.

모든 편의시설이 갖춰져 있고 주차장도 넉넉해서 편했어요.
유탑마리나 호텔 11층에서 바라본 여수 바다의 야경과 일출은 정말 좋았어요.
스카이워크에서 바라본 유탑마리나 호텔과 유탑마리나 24층 전망대에서 찍은 여수밤바다 사진이예요.
직접 보는 여수 밤바다는 더 아름다워요.

장점 :
1) 여수엑스포역에서 도보로 이동 가능한 거리
2) 주변에 오동도 도보 이동 가능, 아쿠아리움, 기타 관광지 가기 편함
3) 이순신 광장까지 택시 기본요금 or 2번 버스 이용하면 10분이면 도착
4) 냉장고가 엄청 커서 편함, 오션뷰가 정말 좋음
5) 특가에 이용하면 착한 가격
단점
1) 청소하시는 분 문제인지, 화장실에서 찌린내가 너무 남
2) 수건이 노후화되어 이미지상 전체적으로 교체가 필요해보임
3) 체크인때 맞춰가면 작은 로비에 사람 엄청 많고 패드에 폰번호 찍고 대기하는데 앉을 자리도 협소하고 사람이 너무 많아 시장통 같았음
4) 컴플레인 하려다 당황해서 사진도 못찍고 안했는데 객실 청소 맡겨놓고 돌아와보니 비누에 머리카락??이 엄청 붙어있었음,, 새 비누로 교체해준 것도 아니고 심지어 우리 가족은 손만 조심히 씻는데 무슨 짓을 했길래 비누에 머리카락이 왕창 붙어있었는지 의문임... 당황해서 그냥 물로 비누 깨끗이 씻고 그냥 쓰긴 했지만 어머니가 이걸로 계속 뭐라고 하셨음 ㅜ 당시에 순간 당황해서 사진도 못찍어서 컴플레인도 못함. 청소하는 분이 외국분인 것 같던데 교육이 필요해보였음
5) 짐 보관 서비스 부재 ＞ 전자라커만 유료로 이용 가능한데 바로 떠날 관광객이 아니라면 아쉬운 부분임
가격대비로는 정말 훌륭한 위치와 시설을 갖춘 호텔이지만 몇 가지 개선이 필요한 것들이 보였고 큰 비용 없이 개선이 가능한 부분들이기에 개선된다면 훨씬 쾌적하게 이용 가능해보임
