Its a low budget place. Keep your expectations low :) we had to walk a lot to get there and room was right next to common balcony so people would disturb our sleep by simply going out to smoke at night.

It was my first time traveling alone to Yerevan and I felt very disappointed and unsafe! The moment I got off the plane, I was almost defrauded of my fare by an unscrupulous taxi driver! As a result, I spent less than USD 1.00 so I took minibus No. 201 to the city center and walked around first, then took a taxi back to the hostel. For the price paid, the overall experience was a plus. The room and ensuite appeared quite new and were both clean and suitable. Soap and shampoo was provided and a welcome chocolate too, which I appreciated. There is also a kitchen/lounge and dinning common area which was a bonus, and the lobby was nicely designed. The staff were very friendly too. I would note, however, that there are no shops nearby, as the hotel is situated on a busy highway (though the room was sound insulated), so any food will have to be delivered. Taxis can also prove difficult to order via Yandex to this location for some reason unknown to me. The value was very good, and the interior is much nicer than the fascade. Would recommend 👍
