衞生很規範，環境也不錯。
入住後二小時，我們在外。賓館電話通知要換房，説是需要維修，並提出若不及時回來，賓館派人將物搬出。我們回來後，感到設施完好，並不需要修理。而換的房間設施，不如原來的房間，椅子、衣架都缺，盥洗台又有擦不掉的污跡。感覺比較陳舊。另外，早餐簡單，與價格不相合。

停車場大停車方便。設備有些陳舊，但是客房服務員和餐廳服務員工作都很認真衞生好服務也好，但是前台服務員似乎沒有經過正規的培訓，對顧客缺少熱情，愛理不理的樣子，二樓餐廳價格合理，菜式做得不錯。早餐是送到房間的，沒得挑選但是能吃飽。

帶着長者孩子去皖南遊玩的，酒店位於黟縣縣城，距離宏村和西遞都不遠，開車十多二十分鐘，差不多一個等腰三角形吧。我訂的是二間標間，説是優惠價，其實和其他的也並不怎麼便宜。衹能安排在一樓，可能皖南下雨多，又是一樓，不少房間一進去一股濃重的黴味，換了二間才算好點。房間內比較整潔，設備設施款式比較老舊，像極了八九十年代的，看賓館介紹應該是新開的，讓人費解。早餐一般般，過得去，品種有點少，不挑。建議可以增加一些當地特色品種。賓館停車方便，可能遇到旅遊旺季，入住客人很多，晚一點都沒車位。遇到的員工務服態度都很好，不管是前台還是餐廳及保潔，值得表揚！額外説一句，賓館的裙樓裏，也在大院裏的有一家足浴店，不要去踩坑，服務態度很一般，技術差，服務時間還嚴重縮水。

酒店位置很好，停車場很大，去各景點都很方便，不遠就是黟縣古城。酒店房間很大，乾淨衞生，前台服務人員態度好很熱情。早餐還行，關鍵是入住的標準間價格不貴，值得推薦。

房間就説老牌三星酒店的裝修風格 淋浴和浴缸在一起的那種 衞生條件一般地毯不乾淨 洗手盆邊上的膠有部分發黴現象 燈光亮度也不夠，很昏暗Wi-Fi信號不好 早餐太簡單唯一的就是服務態度還不錯。酒店不符合四星

酒店離世界文化遺產西遞宏村就十分鐘車程，內部環境不錯，乾淨衞生，服務都不錯👍👍👍，大型停車場內設充電樁，酒店內餐廳徽菜很好吃，值得推薦，下次還會來的
