The owner is very courteous, warm, and attentive—a rare find among guesthouses. We viewed the room in the evening before booking, and the next day, the owner provided a free local guide, explaining the history, culture, and architecture very clearly. He also recommended the "private kitchen in the narrow alley," which was excellent. It can be difficult to find good food in tourist areas, so this is a good option to avoid disappointment. Overall, a great experience, so a five-star review is a must!"

"The boss is very nice. We arrived early on the first day, at 6 am. The boss directly opened a room for about 400 yuan and let us rest until the room we booked in the afternoon was cleaned up before letting us move in. He only charged us the cleaning lady's fee. The conscientious boss. The room we booked was on the 4th floor. The boss and the boss lady kept helping us move our luggage. It was very nice."

The owner provided excellent service; even though it wasn't check-in time, he picked me up at the South Gate and helped me with my luggage, leaving it at the hotel so I could explore without worry. He also arranged a taxi for me to Huangshan North Station – the service was superb! The place I stayed was extremely close to the main attractions of Hongcun, only a 5-10 minute walk away. I would definitely book this place again next time I have the chance."
