酒店位置還不錯，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，停車也很方便，周圍環境很好，也很安靜，距離西遞分景區也很近，好評！

這裏老闆和工作人員服務都很到位，早餐可口。距西遞地景區很近，值得一讚的是，沒有蚊子，房間衞生也很好，以後還會來。

酒店環境，衞生，都很不錯，唯獨酒店前台的阿姨服務態度太差，我在攜程上訂的是離店後付，前台非要我當場付，我問了攜程客服，也説是離店後付，可是前台完全不理會，而且態度很不奈煩，態度極差，服務業行業為什麼招這樣的人，我完全不能理解，還有酒店的保安態度就非常好，耐心的聽我們講，而且,還把我們送到酒店電梯處

住不慣民宿，找到景區附近唯一一家酒店，300多的價格以為就是快捷酒店，想着湊合一下吧，沒想到真還不錯誒！很驚喜了！！！去西遞來回都有奔馳商務車接送哈，很方便。酒店餐廳的菜味道也還ok，我個人覺得比景區裏的好吃～ 住不慣民宿的不妨試試這裏哦

酒店就在西遞景區附近，步行十幾分鍾就到，酒店有專車接送。酒店依山傍水，景色宜人。空氣清新，很適合長住。房間整潔，設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離。餐食不錯，早餐還可以，辣菜居多，對不吃辣的人不友好。

設施：和圖片上介紹的一樣舒適
衞生：乾淨整潔
服務：有車接送到景區，十分方便，服務態度很好，耐心周到。
這是一個值得體驗的酒店，相比較住在景區，更喜歡外圍有能安靜休息的房間。

房間環境比較乾淨，前台服務也可以，比較近西遞風景區，酒店有豪車載我們來回西遞風景區，比較熱情，早上去了宏村景區拍照回來比較晚了，給我們延遲到2點退房，下午計劃去黃山風景區，也載我們去車站，真的服務感受到了當地的熱情，這邊風景也體驗了春季盛景，比較不錯的一次旅行吧

酒店挺大的，倚山而建。到西遞走路約十幾分鍾路程。諮詢前台人員有高鐵票購買西遞門票是否有半價？前台回答:沒有。後續在攜程上查到是有半價優惠，前台服務人員應及時瞭解景區訊息。客房挺大，窗外是一片綠竹，景色美。唯一不足的是有些硬件設施壞了沒有及時維修，廁所開關有點脱離牆上、洗澡花灑無法固定、房間椅子臟等。如果能把細節做好，作為西遞周邊的唯一一個大酒店應該會更吸引遊客！
