老闆待人熱情，提供接送站服務，提供旅遊路線的建議。代辦報團業務，比火車站出站口外的遊客中心的報團價格略便宜，導遊品質也還好
住宿大環境是在普通住宅小區內，沒有電梯。這個價格的房子真的不能對環境設施等條件報以過高期待，圖的就是價格便宜。也許還有更便宜的，但我們不想花時間去試性價比。
民宿一般不每天給客房做衞生，但是第二天當我們外出遊玩回到下榻房間時，看到整潔的室內環境還是有一點小感動的。
