Four Points by Sheraton Yilan Jiaoxi

Highly recommend for families! You can literally spend the entire day here without leaving! We had roast duck at the restaurant for lunch, followed by a complimentary afternoon tea with delicious tofu pudding and cookies – the toppings for the tofu pudding were amazing. Then we hit the kids' play area, relaxed a bit, went for a swim and a hot spring dip. After dinner, it was back to the play area, and at 9:30 PM, there was super delicious late-night supper! The braised eggs and dried tofu were incredibly flavorful, and the soy milk was great too! The squid soup with rice noodles also tasted excellent! Loved it.

My friend and I just wanted to relax at the hotel, eat, drink, and chat in the hot weather. The stay included afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and breakfast, which was perfect for eating, drinking, and chatting! We especially loved soaking in the hot spring spa, chatting, and enjoying the view after the sun went down! (Photos changed to chibi style)

The service in all departments was excellent! Especially the lobby staff, both morning and evening shifts, were proactive and incredibly patient in explaining and providing information on all available facilities and dining options. Even after check-out, we could still borrow bikes, use the pool, and enjoy the afternoon snacks. It genuinely felt unhurried and offered great value for money. The location is peaceful yet convenient. We'll definitely be back!

Booked a double room, but there was only one chair, so the other person had to sit on the bed. The room design is clearly flawed. As for the food, while afternoon tea and late-night snacks were provided and offered a good variety, everything except the tofu pudding wasn't very tasty! On the service front, the lifeguard at the 9th-floor swimming pool was very attentive and deserves praise.

This is an amazing family-friendly hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff showed such kindness and empathy towards both children and parents. Room service was also incredibly fast. What touched me most was one morning when my kids were having a meltdown, and we couldn't take them to the downstairs dining area. Once the staff understood the situation, they proactively packed up both our adult and children's breakfasts and brought them to our room – it was truly thoughtful. Even with many guests, the service quality never faltered; you could feel their understanding and care for families with children everywhere. On top of that, the hotel's location is superb! I hadn't done much research beforehand, but while strolling around in the evening, we stumbled upon a lively hot spring street with lots of game stalls that kids loved and street performers. We had a great time just exploring the area around the hotel. I can truly say this isn't just a hotel with family facilities, but one that genuinely understands the needs of families with children. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids – we will definitely be back!

Sheraton hotels always deliver! The room was very spacious, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. They have a kids' play area, and the pool uses hot spring water, though we didn't bring swimsuits and missed out on the indoor pool facilities. We only got to enjoy the hot spring in our room. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and the salad greens were super fresh.

Absolutely wonderful! Definitely worth a visit. This charming hotel in town truly excels at making thoughtful service a top priority. Food is available from morning till night. Our whole family loved it.
