我是八月十八號網上預訂的房間，由於着急趕考，附近酒店基本都訂滿。入住後發現房間沒有打掃過，床單上不明黃色污漬，毛髮。找服務員打掃，人家就拿來一條床單覆蓋在原來的上面，枕套和被套堅稱都是換過的。拒絕更換，牀頭櫃散架，一拿掉枕頭就快要掉下來。待了一個小時實在難以接受就準備退房，店家要扣除所有房費。

住了一晚上100出頭，衞生環境很差。房間一股子下水道味道。隔音很差 很差 很差。外面的聲音太吵了，旁邊的KTV吵死了。裏面的房間***的聲音聽的人很煩，太不隔音了，房間很差，，別踩雷了……自己看照片吧。下水道管子都在外面。基礎的洗漱用品沒有，毛巾上有毛
