The old couple, they used to be loversš, because they estimated that they would not have enough time to play in Yinchuan, so they booked an extra night before departure. The whole trip was 4 days and 3 nights. The cute tall girl who was responsible for the receptionšāļø at the front desk when we entered the store on October 22, smiled and carefully introduced the hotelšØ, surrounding transportation, food, and travel guides, making us feel like we were at home when we entered the hotel. The hotelšØ is located in the city center and is convenient for going out. I am really glad that choosing this hotelšØ and staying for three consecutive nights was a wise decision...

I stayed at the hotel I booked before going to the Five Lakes Crossing for two days. It was a very affordable four-star hotel. Although the price was not high, the service was guaranteed. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was rich. What is particularly worthy of praise is that I forgot to return the deposit when checking out. I had already gone far away. Front desk No. 001 took the initiative to contact us and add WeChat for refund. It is a very honest business. I like it.

I came to Yinchuan for a visit. The hotel I stayed in the day before couldnāt adjust the TV, so I moved to another hotel. I saw from the Internet that this hotel had pretty good ratings. I read the reviews and they were very true. So I came to this hotel and completed the check-in. After checking in, I asked the front desk staff if I could watch the TV. Because my companions had to watch Qing Yu Nian, they asked the waiter to adjust it for us. There was definitely a small problem with the shower the next day, so we reported it to Xiao Luo at the front desk. When we returned to the room after playing, and used the shower, it had been adjusted, everything was responded to, everything was taken care of, and the service attitude was very good. As night falls, the scenery outside the hotel becomes more and more beautiful. For people who have been busy all day, only by returning to the room can they truly get physical and mental comfort. The breakfast is also nice, wide selection of local and international food.
You cannot make a wrong choice to stay there.
Only small suggestions:
No hanger in the bathroom for the towels
The lights next to the bed are too bright cannot turn them off during night time.

The overall feeling of the room was satisfactory. It was clean and hygienic. However, the parking instructions were not clear and I parked in the wrong place. Although the hotel gave me a parking ticket, it was not used for some reason. I was in a hurry to leave and had to pay the parking fee myself. Although it didn't cost much, I hope the hotel will do more detailed work in the future and provide everyone with better services.

I recently stayed at the Yinchuan Macrolink Regent Hotel for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotelās location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers using the railway station. Itās situated right next to the station, making it easy to access transportation and nearby amenities.
The staff were friendly and helpful and while it may not have any standout features, it provides good value for money and meets the basic needs of its guests. I would recommend it for short stays or for those needing easy access to the railway station.

DDemusWhen I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

CChitaodetutuziTo be honest, this is the second review. I booked it on another platform the night before and gave them a 5-star review. It is true that on the first day of my stay, I felt that life was good. The breakfast on the second day was not what I expected. There are many varieties, but the quality is average. The food that fell off the food table and the garbage on the ground were not cleaned for a long time. The senses are poor. Although the room told the front desk that the bedding would not be changed, when I came back from going out, I found that there was still small garbage on the floor from the previous day. Whatās even funnier is that when we were out playing, it was almost 2pm, and we suddenly received a call from the hotel asking us to check out. I was stunned for a moment. Didnāt I already swipe my room card at the front desk after breakfast (to stay for an additional day and complete the procedures at the front desk) for the same day? I anxiously returned to the hotel and asked the front desk, saying they had made a mistake. Because I ordered it on another platform and he didn't see it. What's even weirder is that we are asked to pay the deposit again when we check out. That is to say, I have to pay the room twice for this night, and then he will refund me once. This logic makes me dizzy. This is really convenient for the hotel itself, leaving the trouble to the customers.
Letās talk about the benefits of the hotel. The hotelās location faces Yuehai Lake and has the Helan Mountains in the background. The room can see Yuehai Lake. It is a new four-star hotel under the sports-oriented Intercontinental. You can feel that the waiters want to do a good job, but there is a small mistake. The heart-warming drink at night was very healthy and delicious. There is nice gym laundry room. Guests can use it free of charge.

GG_MackDue to an emergency while we were visiting the area we needed to quickly find a hotel. Luckily this hotel was very close and had very reasonable rates. Check in was quick and easy (even for foreigners).
The room was spacious and had all the amenities you need or want in a hotel. Everything was clean and we had no complaints.
Breakfast is served at the usual time and consists mainly of Chinese food but it did also have western breakfast items such as toast, cereal, etc

When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution.
At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products.
You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious.
Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. Itās worth it to try.

SSergiu SasVery good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

DDitefuteakungeThe hotel is located in the city center, with a great location. Kyrie at the front desk warmly welcomed us and upgraded the view room considerately. The night view is still good. The museum is about a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Although there were some minor incidents when checking in, the porter Dasen helped us solve it as soon as possible. The overall experience was very satisfactory! If I come again next time, I will choose this place again!
