We had a fantastic 4th stay here! The staff is soooooo helpful and kind! We enjoyed the spa and pool as well as room service and playing pool in the bar. The room and view were outstanding and a great way to help us explore Yinchuan and Zhongwei. We were gifted with a bottle of wine as well as a departure present from Kanaan winery. Amazing stay! Service was excellent- the room service menu is fairly priced and tasty and all the staff I interacted with were very professional and efficient. Location is pretty central, but also in a quiet area. There are a lot of electric bikes nearby which you can use easily to get to other places in the city. The room was bigger than it seemed online and the floor to ceiling windows were amazing.

What originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! It is very convenient to eat and shop in Yuehai Xintiandi downstairs. The fly in the ointment is that all room types cannot accommodate an extra bed. Even if the suites and deluxe rooms are large in size, they do not provide extra beds. It is not particularly friendly for family outings. So I changed to Marriott after staying for two days. After all, the price of booking two rooms during the double festival is also quite expensive. It has exceeded the price of the five-star Marriott Hotel after the extra bed.
