Great location, near to Futian Market and shopping malls, cafes, restaurants and eateries. Great friendly service from reception and room service too!
The biggest disappoin**ent is I booked this hotel under the impression that they have a gym (it was listed under their amenities) only to find out that I need to pay 68 RMB to use it. It’s misleading. Should not list what does not belong to you, it is a private entity.

The matter of the air conditioner last time has also been solved by the hotel manager with an apology, and I checked in this hotel again today because the service is really good. Although there are more people in the comprehensive building, the location of the hotel is indeed very convenient, and I will also choose this hotel in the future.

Hotel is poor. Changed room twice due to air conditioner problem. Electric supply in unstable. It is located in 9 and 10th floor of a commercial building, very noisy and not clean. The street get flooded on rainy days. It is only worthy to stay in low season with low prices. It is actually 1 or 2 stars level hotel

Was a nice hotel, the breakfast was good and very close to the Yiwumarket. Was cleaned and Great service. I like it ans very good the service too.

I give the Hotel 1 star for location because of the KYV/Club the music is loud until 2 am in the morning then the drunk people come out and make a big noose shouting outside until around 3 am then you have 3 uurs to sleep 4 very long nights and never again !
