Room was too hot, AC didn’t work and had a bad nights sleep.
Hotel is otherwise good in a great location with overall clean and tidy rooms/facilities
Gym was a little basic but did the trick

We enjoyed the swimming pool very much during this rainy weekend. Service and cleaniless as expected in such an hotel. The rooms are aging though and breakfast buffet was average. However in these complicated COVID times it's already a miracle that they can keep operating...

The hotel staff and service made this wonderful trip even better for us. Everyone was super friendly and they paid attention to detail. Would go there again if I had the chance!

圖中是酒店房間的椅子照片。慘不忍睹，無比震驚。和前台反映後竟然連最起碼的道歉都沒有， 更不用説正常酒店應該有的改正和適當禮遇補償。 他們好像習以為常，覺得是正常的，這些人是酒店行業的麼？ 對方唯一應對的就是問房間號，並告知我酒店老了。 能有多老？有沒有200年？

酒店位置不錯，就在東氿滬旁，房間側面能看到湖景，房間很大，就是這個房型去衞生間不方便，要過長長一個走道。

新年來宜興玩，選擇了萬達邊上的艾美，五星級酒店的大堂富麗堂皇，房間也很大，窗户外是市民廣場可惜大霧看不清楚。旁邊萬達吃的很多，雖然沒有送早餐，點外賣還算方便。體驗了健身房和游泳池，美中不足的是跳操房閑置，建議可以學台州的萬豪放點海洋球和墊子做個小童樂園。
