硬件還行，就是女前台太奇葩了。
1.辦入住，發現電視遙控器沒用，找到客房阿姨，阿姨叫我自己去前台換電池，換了電池也沒用，前台説給我去換一個，我説那你去拿啊，現在前台沒其他客人，她説她要上廁所，上完廁所給我拿，叫我去房間等。等了15分鐘，電話打前台問遙控器，前台説在辦入住，沒空，叫我等。過了15分鐘再打電話，還是沒空，叫我等。我和前台説，我自己去隔壁房間拿過來用，你等下就送到隔壁房間就行。靠自己解決遙控問題。
2.第二天快10點鐘左右去退房，退按金，前台説公司賬户裏沒錢了，要等老闆打錢過來才能退給我，我説現在都什麼年代了，你手機上沒錢嗎或者現金？她説就要從公司賬户給我退錢，我説你把老闆電話給我，我來聯繫，她説不能給我電話，她剛剛聯繫了，就快打過來了，叫我等，我説你把房卡給我，我在房間等，她説已經辦了退房了，不能給我房卡，叫我就在前台等，等了幾分鐘，她又把房卡給我了，叫我在房間等。在房間等了幾分鐘，沒等到，這次還不行，我就準備報警了。
到了前台我説現在可以退了吧！然後她又撒謊説有給我房間打電話，房間沒人，我一下就火了，我一直在房間。你可以看監控。這時還有其他住客退房，她直接現金退按金，合著就是欺負我啊，或者説她也怕人多！原先她要加我微信，説我把截圖給她，就給我退，我沒同意，她就找理由不給我退按金。我説你再不給我退，我打電話報警了。最後終於把按金退回來了。我説一句，她頂十句，沒有表示一點歉意。
所以最終是，我拿個好的遙控器花了半小時，還是我自己解決的。退房退個按金花了半個小時，還被前台罵。這樣的酒店誰還敢住啊！
都21世紀了，還有這樣的酒店，還有這樣的前台。太無語了。

酒店應該是以前的漢庭改了個名，房間內設施比較陳舊，但衞生做的乾淨，早餐有雞蛋包子稀飯，雖然簡單，但畢竟價格不貴，性價比還是挺高的
