首先這個酒店服務態度就完全不行！定了間房住都沒住，跟前台反應房間臟亂臭，需要退房沒人處理，就是不能退，我想請問還沒住不能申請退錢？再者，房間床單被套亂七八糟臟的要命，進門還好重一股臭味，連水都沒有，請問是給人住的嗎？去湘西旅遊沒想到住了這麼差的酒店，長輩回長沙跟女兒描述情況才清楚，這未必能住人嗎？申請退款都不同意，我現在來評論目的就是希望酒店退款！謝謝！！
