Amazing hotel. We loved everything. Starting with the lady owner, she was very sweet. The rooms were big, beautiful, with great views. They booked the best table at the restaurant with a view to the waterfall and told us where to watch the shows and how to see the town. They booked the transfer to drop us off at the train station, which was really helpfull.
We recommend This hotel to anyone coming to fenghuang

The view here is amazing and relaxing . The hotel is very accommodating from picking us , helping us with our luggage and directing us where to go so we will not get lost .Since we leave early and cannot eat breakfast the next day , they gave us food to bring with us. And the restaurant, the food there is good . I will surely come back here .keep up the good work .thank you

Check in was easy and they are very friendly.
Even the entrance to hotel room had the antique feel. The room itself felt rustic and really bring out the ambience of the surrounding. Views from the restaurant was awesome, it provided full view of the falls. Food was decent but the views made up for it. Would definitely stay here if I return.

Location was superb, near to the entrance of the ancient town. The service of the owner was great, you cold contact them earlier before you arrive and have your transport arranged from the railway station, he would also wait for you at the entrance and helped to bring your luggage to his accomodation.
We also had a free upgrade of the room since it was not peak season. Kudos to this accommodation and the guy that helped with the arrangement. Simple breakfast was also included in the booking.
You could also enjoy the marvelous view at the Furong Water fall at the dining area. 👍👍

I added them in WeChat before I arrive. They have kindly help me to arrange a taxi to pick me up from the railway station. The staff is super friendly and helpful!! Room is clean and the location is great too. I dare to say that they have the best view to see the whole of the waterfall. Definitely worth staying here.

Host is v friendly and helpful. Helped me to book transport from the train station and transport my luggages from the ancient town entrance to his property. His property is amazing. You can get a great view of the ancient village with the waterfall from the courtyard. The room is comfortable and clean with all modern amenities.

The location was amazing, literally the best view from the waterfall and town. Go down to the courtyard at night, it’s stunning. The staff was incredible kind and helpful. They go to pick you and your luggage up and bring you inside the scenic area. We arrived before the time and they upgraded us. The breakfast was simple, noodles but good.

This hotel has the best view and location in Furong Old Town. The owner and staff are very polite and helpful. They assisted to get the transportation to pick us from the train terminal and helped with our luggages. They provided good advice on how to go around the area and can also arrange to go for short trips nearby the area. Remember to add their contact on WeChat and contact them few days before your arrival and they will coordinate the transfer. Highly recommended place.
