Overall this hotel is very well positioned to visit the wineries in the area. The staff are very helpful, we got a flight delay and didn’t arrive until 02.30 in the morning…Davis met us in the parking lot with a trolley for our cases, first class. Other staff were just as friendly and helpful, we would definitely recommend to family or friends.

We've stayed at North Block a number of times and have always considered it a fabulous experience, however, we had to cancel a recent planned trip due to a sick pet. the manager, Carter Dodds was incredibly understanding and helpful. We will continue to visit Yountville and we won't consider any other property going forward. Customer service at it's BEST!

My wife and I loved the North Block hotel. Here's why: 1. Service. The concierge, Christian, was both very helpful and a quick responder on email. Everyone was friendly. We've stayed at many Four Seasons hotels over the years and this service was better than most of them. 2. Location. It is walking distance to all of the fine dining in Yountville. For example, its next door to Restoration Hardware (RH) and 3 blocks from the French Laundry. It's also 10-15 minute drive from dozens of wineries. 3. Room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had wonderful natural light and a large soaking tub. One criticism: the TV had two remote controls that were hard to figure out. We needed the staff to come and show us how to turn on cable. One negative: No breakfast. They have delicious complimentary pastries that are made fresh every day. But if you want eggs and table service you need to go elsewhere. We only found one breakfast place: Lucy. It's expensive, but they offder table service.

We visit Napa a lot and stayed at North Block for the first time. LOVED it immensely. Very boutique property with the BEST staff. Davis, Christian and Carter went above and beyond for us. Location is the best in Yountville, walking distance from exceptional restaurants and tasting rooms and a 15 minute drive from Bottlerock Music Festival (was also a blast!). The hotel provided a driver for us to Bottlerock, who also was fantastic and fun. We also had our favorite pasta and salad in Napa yet at their North Block restaurant…. We will definitely come back!

My partner and I spent an evening at North Block to celebrate her birthday. The staff made everything feel so special, and I cannot think of a single thing more they could have done or improved upon. As a fan of constructive criticism, I almost always have some feedback for improvement, but honestly cannot think of a thing. From the moment we pulled up to the moment we drove away, we were very well taken care of.

Long weekend trip to Napa with friends. Yountville was perfect and the staff at North Block did everything to make it perfect, including keeping a fire lit at night for us and bringing us blankets to sit outside.
