房間超級大，2.4米的大床也寬敞，有陽台，衞生間乾濕分離，空間很大，停車也方便，房間裏面常用的免費用品很齊全。

房間設施真的很棒，不愧是四星酒店！大陽台看外面景色一覽無遺，也很暖和，晚上是感應燈去廁所不用專門開燈，廁所淋浴也都很不錯！唯一不足的地方就是元氏河北賓館這個四星酒店的自助早餐很差勁，雖然訂房點的自助早餐一人三十多，性價比不好，熱菜肉光看品種多，但是都是火腿，什麼西葫蘆火腿肉，洋葱火腿肉，一看就是應付差事的，餛飩是速凍的，很難吃！麪條的鹵也不像早上現做的不好吃！

退房離店後有一段時間後接到酒店前台電話，説是否拿了酒店的衣架……非常無語……我們幾百塊的房住了兩晚，在酒店連續用餐，我們缺衣架？是否以後在該酒店入住的客人，要先行和客房服務員核對房間所有用品並簽字畫押，以免交了幾百塊的按金，在離店後會被奇葩的詢問房間的衣架？！這種感受頗有那種魯迅先生筆下非常有鄉土氣息的故事的一面，因為確實這是個縣城。但你們呢隸屬於河北賓館，不該是這種格局吧……後來退了按金，那麼調查結果可以公佈一下嗎？！

服務很周道，設施很齊全，衞生一等一的好，環境很不錯！就是希望價格再便宜些，網上跟線下的價格差距太少了。

酒店離正定國際會展中心中心特別近，很方便，衹有一路之隔，酒店檔次很高，衞生特別好，服務也特別好，樓下美食很多。
