As a May Day stay, I can understand the price increase, but except for the charge reaching the first-tier level of more than 1,000 per night, nothing else has been reached. 1. It rained on the day of check-in, and the lobby did not consider rainy days at all. You need to get wet in the rain, and the parking lot is a distance from the lobby, and no one is there to provide umbrellas and carry luggage. 2. Checked in at more than three o'clock in the afternoon, and the room inspection and room cleaning have not been completed. 3. The curtains are not electric and cannot completely block the light, and there is no towel hanging in the bathroom. 4. It rained heavily that morning, and the service staff who went to pack breakfast with the children looked reluctant. The service attitude is something I dare not miss in any Marriott system, and I didn't eat it, I only got a box of eggs, corn, etc. 5. There are so many stays around the world and the country, and this hotel is completely a guesthouse, claiming 5-star charges, how to commute, and the customer experience is completely uncared for. The housekeeper only recommends drinking tea and other reservations, and there is no so-called Hanfu service at all. There is no basic service at all. It is not worth coming at all, don't step on the pit.

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, and the entrance and exit are all scenic paths. If tourists who focus on playing in the city may be a little inconvenient, fortunately, it is very fast and convenient to take a taxi online in Yueyang; if the room is more than 900 per night during holidays, the cost performance is average, and the facilities need to be on par with star-rated hotels. For example, our room type is not large, there is no sofa, the slippers are not completely disposable, the air conditioner has no heating, and there is no cat's eye hole in the door. It is a little cramped and not grand enough, and it can be further improved. I hope that such a thoughtful hotel can become bigger and stronger!

The overall Chinese style, there is also a tea room, the decoration of the restaurant is very stylish, the lunch dishes are delicious, Hunan cuisine is a must-have meal I stayed in a courtyard room, which also had a tatami tea room. The courtyard was quiet and comfortable. You can wander around the hotel at will. There are some nice views and a large outdoor swimming pool, but it is not open in winter. Although some areas are still being renovated, most areas are also exquisitely designed. For example, you can drink tea in the small pavilion. The hotel is located in the Dongting Lake Scenic Area. Walking along the lakeside, you can see exquisite scenery everywhere. It’s not too far to take a taxi to the Panda House, but you must get up early otherwise there will be many people. Service: There were not many waiters, but their attitudes were very good. It was said that the rooms were full during the Chinese New Year. Although they were very busy, they were able to solve our problems in various ways.

I didn't expect that Yueyang already has a hotel with this kind of butler service. I took my parents there, and the staff's service was timely, thoughtful and considerate. Next to it is Nanhu Lake, with good scenery and good air. It is a good hotel for family travel or group building. It should be the first choice for accommodation in Yueyang.
