"The waterscape atrium is beautifully designed, the parent-child room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, comfortable bedding, cute children's toothbrushes, a projector, tea sets, a disinfection cabinet, a refrigerator, and the lady in the lobby is also very warm and thoughtful. A simple breakfast can be provided, but we didn't eat it because we wanted to experience local snacks. A snack bag is also provided. I forgot to take a photo of the entire room. There is a big bed + a small bed + a long tea table. The small bed is a folding bed. It's very spacious to live with children, and the children like it very much."

"The hotel environment is excellent, with a traditional Chinese garden style. My child enjoyed unlimited popsicles in the lobby, and the fish pond in the courtyard was their favorite. The location is superb, right within the Dongting Lake scenic area pedestrian street, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The service was also great, exceeding our expectations! Don't miss the stunning views from the rooftop."

"The hotel service was excellent. Upon arrival, they offered a glass of plum juice, which was incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff were very attentive, greeting me with my luggage and helping me to my room. They explained the room's facilities and amenities, including a TV with screen mirroring capabilities and showed me how to use the air conditioning control panel. There was complimentary welcome fruit, and in the evening, they served osmanthus-flavored ice jelly. The most heartwarming touch was the complimentary laundry and dryer service, which they picked up right from my room. Highly recommended! The gym is open 24 hours. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Haha."

"Our first stop during the Spring Festival was Yueyang. When we checked in, the front desk gave us a small gift and a breakfast voucher. The hotel's environment, facilities, and cleanliness were all good, and it was very convenient to eat there. There were Pizza Hut, KFC, and Luckin Coffee downstairs. Our family arrived in Yueyang at 10 pm on the second day of the ***** New Year. Many restaurants were closed, but luckily the KFC downstairs was still open."

"When I came to Yueyang, I chose Haiyou Yueyanglou Pedestrian Street Store. The experience exceeded expectations! All the facilities in the new store are brand new, the rooms are clean, the wet and dry separation bathroom is stable, and the bedding is soft and sleepy. The location is really amazing. Downstairs is the pedestrian street snacks, milk tea, shopping malls. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi to Yueyang Building and Dongting Lake Scenic Area. It is especially convenient to take a walk back to the hotel after visiting the night view. The front desk staff was warm and patient throughout the whole process, the check-in speed was fast, the price was very high, this is the first choice for Yueyang, and I will buy it back next time!"

"On January 22, Changsha snowed heavily and I chose to go north. I accidentally found this hotel on Ctrip and it had 0 negative reviews. Curiosity made me book this hotel to try. Before I arrived at the hotel, the front desk lady contacted me and added WeChat to a service group. The VIP feeling was instantly full. The hotel is located in a Chinese classical manor villa built by the lake in Dongting Lake Town. The design and layout are very reasonable. The front desk lady helped me upgrade to a parent-child room. The waiter helped me carry my luggage to the room and brought me a warm soup to taste. Coincidentally, I met the owner of the manor when I went to experience the tea ceremony. The owner was gentle and handsome. During the conversation, I learned that my daughter was unwell and immediately notified the front desk to help us upgrade to the best suite in the manor so that we could experience the quiet and comfortable manor VIP feeling. The hotel's catering is also top-notch. The environment, dishes and services are all of high standards, but the price is close to the people. It can be said that it is the king of cost-effectiveness. The owner is also a master of tea ceremony. I visited his tea ceremony hall, tasted his collection of raw Pu tea, listened to his discussion, and found that the owner is a cultured person, giving people a strong affinity. I seldom write reviews, but this time the VIP experience at the manor was very special, so I wrote a few words about my true feelings to provide some convenience for friends who choose hotels on Ctrip in the future. Baling*Yonghu Manor Hotel is a must-choose when going to Yueyang."
